Dah dapat berat ideal dah boleh stop amik BB cuma seminggu 1-2 kali minum detox untuk service usus dan maintainkan berat. Workout jangan tinggal 2x seminggu (min 15minit)
🔥Ada KKM tak?
BB ni produk baru dan kita still tunggu turn untuk KKM, setakat ni kita ada sijil Halal dan kilang berstatus GMP.
🔥Breastfeed mummy boleh amik tak?
Boleh, make sure baby dah 4 bulan. Kita baru dapat feedback baru susu badan makin banyak lepas consume BB.
🔥Lelaki boleh makan tak?
Boleh, lelaki perempuan 16 tahun keatas boleh consume. Pastikan tiada masalah kronik seperti jantung, kurang darah, darah tinggi.
🔥Boleh amik supplement lain tak?
Boleh, gapkan at least 4 jam dengan supplement lain.
🔥Harga macam mana?

Being brutally strong has never been my priority as typically chasing the goal of pure strength leads to host of injuries a long the way. I would much rather be strong with some endurance in the 5-20 rep range, as I think it has a better carry over to sports and daily life.
However every now and then I do the odd workout (3 or 4 times a year) where test my 1-3 Rep Max.
Workout consisted of:
Front Squats x 5-6 sets (140kg in video)
worked upto 150kg x 2 reps, which I'm content with.
Deadlift x 4-5 sets
worked upto 210kg x 1 rep. My deadlift has definitely got weaker, as I don't tend to do it that often anymore. I like to train with high frequency and deadlifts are not a great option for this, unless in very low volume cases.

I’ve had a few questions recently about what types of food I eat at different meal times/what I snack on etc so I thought it might be helpful to some of you to post a full day of eating 🙋🏽♀️ Hopefully you can get some ideas/inspiration from it 💭✅ I’m doing a mini cut at the moment so I’m in a slight calorie deficit ✂️
🌻BREAKFAST - 40g of oats mixed with a scoop of chocolate protein, topped with frozen raspberries and a coconut protein ball
🌻 LUNCH - bagel thin with 3 chicken sausages, a fried egg and some brown sauce
🌻 AFTERNOON SNACK - an apple and 20g peanut butter (forgot to take a photo 🙄)
🌻 TEA - salmon in a sweet chilli marinade, 1/2 pack of tomato and garlic cous cous and mushrooms and spinach fried in garlic
🌻EVENING SNACK - lentil crisps and a chocolate protein bar

Completed a v v peaaaachy sesh today with @lydholfit . We mainly focused on dropsets and sets till failure. I feel like these two techniques have been my best friend since literally starting to lift! Of course,I don't do it every single time because I believe that you shouldn't give 100% in every single workout (unless you're competing), because that just results in quick failure and that's oooobviouslY what we don't want 🤷🏼♀️ sometimes you gotta save yourself to prolong yourself!

We all struggle with our body and body image. We all have our "flaws", our weird body parts, body parts that we just don't like. We might even feel ashamed although we didn't choose our body, we just were born with it. Yes there are things you can influence by the way you eat or exercise but not all of them.
Some people struggle more and some less. This doesn't even have to do with the way you look. A person with the most "perfect" (according to the current beauty standards our society has) body could still hate herself.. it's all in our heads.
However, let me tell you one thing: You are NOT your body, you are SO MUCH MORE.✨
Your body is just the home for your soul, a tool that allows you to walk around, to make experiences, to live your life.
On bad days when I struggle with my self image, it always helps me to step away from myself and think of other people.
Do I judge others by the way they look? Does it matter to me what my friends look like on the outside? Would I prefer a good-looking boyfriend who's cold and cruel to someone who physically might not be as flawless but is kind and caring? Are people who are overweight, have scars, missing limbs, pimples etc. worth less to me? Obviously the answer is NO.
If you struggle, ask yourself: Do the people in your life - your friends, parents, lovers, kids - judge you by the way your body looks like? Do they spend time with you because of the way you look? Would they abandon you because you gained some weight, have a deformation or bad skin? Of course not! They love you for being you, just the way you are with all your flaws and quirks.💕
And if anyone judges you by your body, well.. fuck them. You do not need these kind of people in your life, you do not want them in your life and they certainly do not deserve to be part of your life.🌟
