"Yeah but Cristina has a body like that because she exercises too much" 😂😂😂 FIY my current routine is the basic of the basic 2 times a week (once if I'm being a lazy bastard) and no cardio. You can achieve a healthy weight and decent looking body without being hardcore. And you can achieve an even better body without going that hardcore. All these people I know who claim I exercise loads and follow some extreme diet do 0 exercise and have 0 willpower to do the minimum required to follow a relatively healthy and balanced diet. They think people like me (i.e follows a healthy diet most of the time and has a regular 'normal' exercise routine) follow some insane exercise and diet routine. NO. You just need to be consistent with the right choices that your mind and body will be thankful for. The body falls into place effortlessly with no need for crazy ass diets or exaggerated exercise routines. #RantOver

Feels great being back doing my 531 program.
Some great prep work with banded walks, k/bell RDLs and raised bridges.
Back in at 130kg x 5 reps so I was happy that I haven’t lost to much strength after a six week lay off. Working around the injury obviously paid off a bit.
Finished with 5x 50-60m hill ‘sprints’ with the 10kg vest. I certainly feel my fitness levels improving and silly to say I felt lighter on the hill. Still a ball buster though.
Off feet conditioning tomorrow and martial arts. I’m determined to have a flat stomach again.

LET'S TALK ABOUT WEIGHT GAIN ✨
So I've almost got to the end of my cut, and as you can see, I weight 3kg more than how I did at the end of my previous cut, last June
Over the summer, as I told you in my posts, I've been increasing my kcal intake. That allowed me to lift heavier in the gym, and put on muscle mass. I put on 6-7kg in total, including water, fat and muscles. Then I started a new cutting phase, to get rid of the extra fat and the result is... 3kg more on the scale, but pretty much the same body fat %
Am I worried? Absolutely not! I know that these 3kg are made of muscles, and I am so proud of them. I honestly love how I look in both pictures, but I'm not gonna lie, I prefer the right pic way more!! So don't be afraid of putting on some weight or even of putting on some fat, you will lose it eventually. But realize that muscles do weight!! And that if you wanna build your muscles and your shape, you have to embrace the fact that you may gain weight

Allora, sono quasi arrivata alla fine del mio cut e, come potete vedere, peso 3 kg in più di quanto pesassi a giugno, alla fine del mio scorso cut
Durante l'estate, come ho scritto in diversi post, ho aumentato il mio apporto di calorie. Questo mi ha permesso spingere di più in palestra e mettere su massa muscolare. Ho messo su 6-7 kg in totale, compresi acqua, grasso e muscoli. Poi ho iniziato una nuova fase di cut (definizione), per eliminare il grasso in eccesso e il risultato è ... 3 kg in più sulla bilancia, ma praticamente la stessa % di grasso
Sono preoccupata? Assolutamente no! So che questi 3 kg sono fatti di muscoli e sono super fiera dei miei progressi! Amo il mio corpo in entrambe le foto, ma ad essere sincera preferisco come sono ora !! Quindi non abbiate paura di aumentare di peso o addirittura di sporcarvi un pochino, se metterete grasso, poi lo potrete sempre togliere. Ma rendetevi conto che i muscoli pesano !! (COMMENTI 👇🏼)

What are you studying in college? Comment down below!
1. Plan and schedule your days, your workouts and your classes / studies
2. Meal prep if you know you're gonna stay out the whole day
3. Bring a bottle of water and set the goal of drinking it all before the end of classes
4. Set your priorities: studying? Getting a degree/diploma? Getting in shape? Give up on the things that are not necessary - maybe you don't need to finish that TV show on Netflix this month, but you need to focus on your finals
5. Make sure you bring healthy snacks so you don't end up buying sweets and the vending machines
6. KEEP GOING! Even if you don't feel like studying or working out after a whole day of classes, you got this!! You are gonna be so proud of yourself if you get everything done ❤️ Joggers: @alphalete

So I actually asked for the vegan menu 🌱, because my dietry requirements are AWKWARD #intoleranceproblems , which was v v big. So i ordered vegan nachos, refried beans, fiesta ensalada and we also got some cod croquettes 😋.
For my main course i had the ‘MOQUECA DE PALMITOS’ which was BLOOMING LOVELY 👏🏼👏🏼. There is a close up photo if you swipe, you can see what it actually is 🙃.
