Ive been addicted to this salad and even getting it @doordash to myself 😂 eating healthy can be hard but the trick is to find those absolutely DELICIOUS dishes/recipes and just keep rotating them every week 🙌🏽 this is how I’ve been able to stay on track even when that means door dashing it to my front door because I’ve ran out of groceries and I’m trying to hold off till SUNDAY #mealprep day 😂

Its finally over and I won!!! #kokonutqueen ! I competed with around 30ppl in the 5th koko crater stairs challenge! In 10 days I completed a total of 37 climbs! Climbing 1,048 railroad ties up and reaching over 1000ft elevation for every climb. I love my #kokonuts and the competition! Stoked my competitive spirit shined bright! I’m even more stoked to get the massage, perfect prize (thanks Emily, Scott, Paul, And princess Lily for running the competition)!!! The females were so fierce! Jaqueline got the fastest time! Rozie did it an unbelievable 20x in a day!! I love you ladies! Mahalo to everyone who was so understanding and allowed me to be non stop about the stairs 😂😂 ! @bensonhi A special thanks for allowing to hot tub it up, and celebrate the win at your hale! .

Just a little P S A for you all... the assault bike is like at least 5 times more challenging when you’re holding a one year old who can’t be bothered to entertain herself while mama works out! 😂 I held her for a 30 cal stretch and my final 10 cal sprint.
I thought I would share because I hope it shows people that you all CAN do this! Sometimes you just have to adapt to your circumstances. It’s hard to get motivated to exercise especially if you’re just getting into it or getting into it after being out of it for a while. When you have excuses (like children 😜) that require so much attention it’s REAL easy to put yourself on the back burner.
Exercise is therapy for me. It’s not always easy to get started or to get through but once I do it, I feel so much better!
