Today was kind of a makeup day for yesterday. I barely got in 10k steps. I like to get in anywhere between 10-15k steps a day. That means, I’m constantly moving. Doing something. 😬 keeps me from feeling an afternoon crash. I still nurse my 22 month old. So she wants to sit and nurse sometimes during the day ( feels good on those molars trying to bust through) plus mid day snuggles are the best 😍and sometimes it makes me sleepy. All those feel good hormones. ❤️so I try to keep it moving so I don’t feel so tired. A J-4 de la date de mon terme... j’ai pris 18 kg en tout ! 🙄😅 Je pensais pouvoir maîtriser et ne prendre que 9-10 kg... c’était sans compter sur plusieurs zones de stress et de lâché prise 😅 Mais je ne suis pas découragée pour autant ! Le combat va reprendre après 💪 Combien vais-je perdre après avoir accouché ? Bonne question ! J’ai hâte de le voir 😁 Déjà point positif : je n’ai pas pris plus de poids depuis 15 jours, je stagne ouf ! J’ai été pas mal absente sur Instagram... je n’avais pas forcément de photos à montrer en rapport avec l’alimentation... j’espère revenir en pleine forme bientôt 😉

So thankful that this crazy week is finally winding down. This has been a tough week and I won’t lie. *
I guess you can say it’s just one of those weeks? The weather is crazy from hot to cold. To snow to rain like it’s absolutely crazy and it’s having a huge impact on my mood 🙄
But so thankful that I got my workout in today because I had an almost perfect day of eating.. expect for the dark chocolate chips I consumed but yolo *

That's a wrap for today. Also a minor complaint because my bpd ass is an obsessive thinker. I am really irritated with @fitbit. I was at the gym for three hours. I noticed at one point, my app stopped updating my active minutes and I could not recognize why. I kept looking and low and behold, my tracker wasn't showing my heart rate for a period of over twenty minutes after I noticed it while my heart rate sensors on my bike showed 170 and sweat was pouring off me. My Blaze had sweat obstructing the sensor. Kind of irritated as my Polar watch that I loved and killed never had this problem. Even though I know in my head my total active minutes for the week, my app doesn't. As someone who has the obsessive trait of her BPD, this really, really bothers me (yes, I take meds). Anyways, make sure you take time to clean the sweat off your wrist that builds up with your Fit bit on preventing circulation. 2 hours of cycling, 20 minutes of running ( still have some soreness to stretch out) and a cool down of walking. Day 3 - October 17
I feel bloated today and bigger than usual. I did the stupid thing of getting on the scale to only see the amount a bit higher than a few days ago. I’m trying to figure out what works for me and what will work for me. I did 30 mins on treadmill and 30 mins just biking around. Breakfast (not pictured): oatmeal, banana, clementine, apple. Lunch: wrap and veggies. Dinner: green beans, scallops, with a side of cabbage lol (I cooked too much so I’ve been eating it).
