Just me, or is anyone else compelled to book a tropical vacation every time they walk outdoors? My hubby, Darren, and I are considering a trip to Aruba this April. Anyone been there? Would love some insights and ideas on where to stay and what to do!
This weekend has been a whirlwind and has been totally wedding centered. I’ve tried on what feels like a million and one wedding dresses this weekend and have been busy getting lots of things checked off my wedding to-do list. Hard to believe that come November 2nd I will be a Mrs. but also this date can’t get here fast enough!

I remember what it felt like to be excluded, so I built a community where everyone was included 👭
I am all about community over competition, abundance over scarcity, and building a TRIBE of supportive women💜
This morning I had zero motivation 🙅🏼♀️ when my friend + biz partner text me and told me to come over to get it done together🔥
I give thanks every single day for this incredible girl boss community. They support me; they push me; and I NEVER have to do it alone! 🙏🏼
If you’re sick of feeling like your walking through this life solo, we have room for YOU on our team of powerful women... because we want you here sipping the koolaid with us too🥂
For more info, click the link in my bio 📲 or send me a message...because you’re worth it queen 👸🏼
Sound is healing.
Everything is vibration, we are vibrational beings.
Emotion is energy in motion.
When we close our eyes & listen to the sound of the ocean, it evokes some kind of emotion within us.
Or if we listen to different songs, they’ll make us feel differently. Without us doing anything else, than listening to the sound.
I’ve been always drawn to music & whenever I felt super good or really bad, I put on some music.
We are just starting to rediscover the healing properties of sound, which again is simply vibration, different frequencies.
Shamans & all kinds of healers have been healing with sound since ancient times.
It’s time to remember & to bring back the powerful healing methods from our ancestors. ✨✨✨
“I will love myself when _______.”
“I will be able to accept my body when ________ .” I think we have all set conditions on when we will be able to love and accept our bodies. The problem that I’ve found is that whenever I actually met those conditions I never loved my body more. I always found something else that I thought I needed to change, and that became the new condition I needed to meet in order to accept my body.💔
Then one day I asked myself, “who says I have to wait before I can start loving my body? Why can’t I just love myself right now?” In that moment, I realized that the only person that was preventing me from loving my body was ME. I realized that everything I believed was just that, a belief...which meant I had the power to change those beliefs that were holding me back. ⚡️
I decided to believe that my body was beautiful not in spite of its “imperfections” but because of them! I decided to start to love the parts of my body I once hated, and before long that love turned into complete acceptance for everything that I am: body and soul. 🌟
If you’re struggling to love your body...I see you. I know how hard it can be to not even be able to look at yourself in the mirror, but I want you to know that you are absolutely worthy of your own love right now. You don’t have to wait until you lose weight, have a flat tummy, or get rid of cellulite or stretch marks before you can start to love yourself. You can start to love yourself RIGHT NOW. 💥
Comment below to let me know that you’re making the commitment to love yourself a little more TODAY 👇🏼

These is what I've gained from this community.
This is what I've from my team.
This is why I started coaching.
I have always struggled with staying on track.
I would go 6 months without doing anything physically active.
I hated working out.
I'm not perfect.
I still miss days.
I still get off track.
I still over do it on cheats.
But I'm way more consistent now than I ever was.
I only went 2 straight weeks (at most) last year without doing some sort of physical activity.
Compared to the old me that could go 6 months or more without even thinking about it!
I don't stay stuck.
I get back on track and keep going✌
It's not just about losing weight.
It's about being fit in all areas of life.
It's about working on your mindset.
It's about being the best version of yourself.
It's about choosing yourself and your health and your happiness.
Surrounding myself with people who only want me to be the best version of myself has changed my life.
I'm so thankful for this community and my team💛

Yesterday was phenomenal! We hosted our 10th quarterly 250+ person event (imagine planning your wedding 4x a year...that’s kinda what we do 😂...often with a baby on a hip 🙌🏻🤣) where we learned and grew and forced down walls around us! We stretched and dreamed and took care of others outside of ourselves! We raised over $12,000 to put shoes on 1200 children who have never owned a pair in Jinja, Uganda. We laughed, we cried. And in the end, we know we are all better together, putting one foot in front of the other ❤️
This guy ❤️ My dad is my rock. On top of being the hardest worker, most generous, supportive man I know, he has a heart of gold!
I’m so incredibly blessed to have him in my life, supporting me every step of the way.
This is a man who literally sat by my side last night and read off every email for me to add to my mailing list.
He doesn’t fully understand what I’m doing, or where it’s taking me, but he’s behind me 100%. And that, my friends, is true love ❤️

Moms, we got this! Find that tribe that loves and supports you NO MATTER WHAT! You need positivity not negativity. I found my tribe a little over 3 years ago when I felt like I was drowning. I haven’t looked back and I invite you to join me. You want to know what the positive side feels like. I promise! 🖤

✨Happy Sunday Friends! ✨
Spending this Sunday grateful to be living in a country where I see a change in seasons... but also reminiscing and thinking back to Vegas days when I wasn’t in -20 degree weather.
Any other fellow Canadians ready for our Vegas trip already?! Love my tribe of women I’m surrounding myself with AND the healthy life we are building together!

Are you going to sell online courses, memberships or other digital products this year?
Then you need a list.
It takes sooo much effort to grow email list of relevant leads and then you send them emails and only 20% of them opens it on average.
What a waste...
Now if you have a list on Messenger, your messages will be opened on average by 80% of people.
You can learn all the ways to grow your list on Messenger without paying for FB ads. Just check out the link in bio or go to ❤️
Not long now before I 🚀 the first 2019 event... I’ve taken my time the last few weeks as I’ve been thinking a lot about what direction I want @milknfizz to go this year. With a freelance role and @milknbizz keeping me busy my time is limited and I want to make sure the events I organise are worth all the effort that goes into them. Thanks for your patience ladies 😘

I have a dream...
That one day I will be financially free
That one day I will help others be free financially and physically
That one day I help people wake up to options not dictations of their day
That one day, my contribution will reflect the hands and feet of Jesus at an extraordinary level...
I feel like I have always been a bit of a dreamer. At least in my head. Not really knowing how to put them to action. But as I began to work on my dreams they have become so much clearer. I’m so excited that Isagenix can be that vehicle to make it a reality. Where I am not trading time for money but giving time to create possibilities. That those possibilities have turned into... Working towards financial freedom for my family and others
I’m not that tired run down mom
Excited to contribute on a grander scale without an income cap
To travel and see the world and learn about other cultures
To serve others in bigger way
To stop playing small
I would love to link arms with the dreamer and the doers, those that want to serve greater, bigger.
And just like Noah never had to beg anyone to get on the boat, he just kept telling everyone the rain is coming.
It is coming... we are going...are you in?
WARNING ⚠️ Long post 🧘🏽♀️ Advanced on Wed 7.45pm and Fri 6pm at @hotboxyogalux with either myself or @metteemi1 🤸🏽♀️
Heart FULL to the brim with gratitude, love and renewed connection to my #e84yoga family.
2 years ago we were halfway through the first e84 training: #e84genesis
4 other groups have since started their journey of self-mastery and loving, competent teaching of the 84 tradition. We video conf call twice a month to check in, share experiences and ideas.
On today’s call we discussed challenges of teaching the advanced sequence while maintaining a regular, humble approach to our own practice.
Hard work (whether it is in yoga or weightlifting, personal or professional endeavors) is never glamorous. It is not the final accomplishment, that perfectly executed posture, lifting a PB or finally getting that promotion. Those are the shiny bits we like to highlight! The real effort lies in the sweat pouring down your face. The breath you take that helps you push through the last set. The long hours and dedication to do better than you did yesterday.
All of this is always made easier when you surround yourself with people (or dogs 😂🐾♥️) that are on the same mission as you. Choose your companions in life well and you create this powerful, communal energy that propels us all forward.
In a world that may seem more divided than ever, don’t forget that small-scale efforts can have worldwide impact.
I remember the night I took this photo. I’d just gotten back to my empty apartment after a post-practice dinner with yogi friends. My belly was full, I was tired... I started to get ready for bed (pardon the partial nakedness LOL) and I had this sudden ‘knowing’: « I can do mountain pose. » I propped up my camera, and there it was. I met my mountain, in stillness, breathing - smiling even - for the first time ever. It is a stillness I have since only ever found in self-practice when no one else is watching, which tells me I have a long way to go still before my monkey mind is able to shut up regardless of external distractions.
My heart is FULL. Truly. How lucky I am to have this yoga family wherever I go.
Its waaayyyyyyy easier to parent your hypothetical children. Don’t be hard on yourself if what it looks like, what you’re like and the choices you’re making don’t match the idea you had in your head 😉💕 image via @meg.boggs#nomumleftbehind
Want to know one of the biggest mindset shifts that’s helped me be the CEO of my life AND my biz?
💕Life doesn’t have to be all or nothing!💕
I was pretty nervous about leaving this weekend for the pond hockey tournament in Minnesota because it meant being away from my business and AMPLIFY planning for 4 days and things are really taking off right now! However, I realized that even when I’m gone, I can build in time to get work done and make sure my people are taken care of! Here are my tips for keeping your businesses going even while you get some R + R!
1. Make sure someone is holding down the fort at home and automate your systems. 🗝 I implemented ShowingTime for all but one of my listings, for the first time EVER last week, so showing requests could be approved directly by the owners of the homes I have listed. This is a game changer!
2. Build in time when it’s convenient to check in on your people! 📲 I have been getting up a bit early so that I could reply to emails and follow up with showings without having to take time out from our festivities.
3. Make a list. ✨ Before I left I had a million little things that needed to get done, dates that I needed to stay on top of and it was all swirling around in my head giving me even more anxiety about leaving. Make a list and add those important dates to your calendar!
4. Sometimes you just need a break! Getting out on the ice and just getting into auto-pilot and leaving it all on the ice is so good for my mindset.
I used to think my business would fall apart if I left town for a few days or even if I didn’t have my phone on me for a few hours. It’s taken a lot of intentional effort to get to this point, but it is possible to be the CEO of your business AND your life!
What’s one that you’ve done to create a better work / life harmony lately?
What an amazing Grand Opening week! ✨✨✨Thank you to each and every one of YOU, our Cbarre students for coming to move & sweat at our beautiful new space. Finding a village can take years. It’s not as easy as school days when all you had to ask was “hey, wanna be my friend?”
Moving countries and starting afresh probably didn’t do myself any favours early on in motherhood, especially when navigating the rough seas of parenting 3 under 3.
It took me to reach my lowest of lows before realising my village won’t come calling unless I asked.
It was hard at first, however asking is the first step.
I’m now at a place where I can actively help others too.
Not necessarily people I know either. Just finding ways to make someone else’s life better and less alone, is important to me.
Those vulnerable years as a new parent, can be such an amazing journey but an incredibly lonely one too.
To know there’s someone on the other end of the line to talk to or available on request to cuddle a baby while taking a shower or a nap, can make a world of difference.
Let this post be a reminder to check in on your new mum friends.
Perhaps offer to cook a meal, make her a hot cup of tea, listen to her rants, or bring the wine and tissues when needed.
I’m sure I’m not alone when I say being a Mum is the most toughest and yet, rewarding job.
However it’s a whole lot more enjoyable (and tolerable) when your village comes calling, so make sure you do x

You are enough.
Loving yourself is probably one of the biggest challenges we all have. Like all the way. Every flaw. Every scar. Every society deemed unattractive dimple.
At what point did you think you didn’t like whatever it is you focus on? The voices start somewhere. Maybe your dad just passing on his all knowing beliefs. Or some mean kid in the fifth grade when you started a new school. Or the coach that cut you from the varsity soccer team. .
At some point, though, if we let them, we start hearing them from within. That we aren’t pretty enough. Or fast enough. Or skinny enough. Or patient enough. That’s when it really starts meaning something to us. When we start telling ourselves those things.
So what if instead you tell everyone (yourself included) to shut the hell up, and start telling yourself you ARE enough. You are the only one that knows your true worth, so it’s up to YOU to decide what words will describe you.
What are your words? Let’s start with enough.
You are enough.
A group of leaders from my team were all together this past weekend in Orlando learning and growing together. And although I wasn’t there, I am still benefitting from their time together.
I spent a good chunk of my morning brainstorming with one of the ladies that was there and a few others, about how we can better train our teams in order to help more people lead healthier lives.
The thing is, we are all our own business owners. We all get to run our businesses as we please. BUT, unlike many entrepreneurs, we are not alone. We have a whole team surrounding us to work together to make all the good things happen.
So grateful to run in the same circles as so many inspirational, hardworking, positive women. If you have a heart of service and a love of all things fitness/nutrition, why not considering joining us??? No experience needed because there will be a whole tribe to back you up! ❤️

Do you ever find yourself scrolling through here and see all these fun photos of groups of women?
Do you ever wonder how do they do what they do?
How do they juggle their health and fitness with their daily lives?
How do they stay focused and determined?
How do they get to go on these trips?
Did you know that we are designed to be in a group, part of a community.
This group of women are an amazing support system! They support me in so many ways but my health is where I need it the most!
We offend find ourselves alone trying to meet our health and fitness goals. We get side tracked and have no accountability.
We may not get to choose what we go through in life but we can choose who we go through it with!
Find your tribe and lock arms and build your dreams together!
And if you don’t have one.
Join ours!! Send me a message and let’s support each other!! #motivation#buildeachotherup#igdaily#sunday#sundayvibes#accountability#mom#momboss#findyourtribe#anxiety#depression#goals#group#fitness#health#fitfam#fittribe#lockarms#believe#dreams#sahm#getreadyformonday
"LISTENING IS A SPIRITUAL ACT" ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Not so long ago I felt exhausted, isolated and anxious.
Wished Sunday's could last just a little bit longer, to catch another breath.
There was a gap, a chasm of LIES between what my life LOOKed ON the OUTSIDE and how it FELT on the INSIDE
Acknowledging this gap was so scary that I created busy-ness to cover it up. Loaded up my life's plate to the brim and called it AMBITION and DRIVE
Until it broke me down. On the inside and outside. ⚡️
Today, I know that...
I don't need more HUSTLE n DOING,
I don't need to fit 48 hours in 24.
I don't need a fully booked out weekends with brunches, lunches, dinners, birthdays and showers and end up calling them SOCIAL OBLIGATIONS.
However, back then, I did whatever it took TO AVOID sitting in SILENCE with myself.
Overindulgence was the name of the game. I binged on comparison and FOMO and that fed more of the DOING and HUSTLING.
I was afraid and anxious to tune in but the universe had my back and it started throwing a pebble, a stone, a rock and the whole landslide at me. 💦
When my body and mind broke down, all mental and sensory stimulations were too much. I hit a rock bottom. A beautiful silence. Where the deepest part of me waiting all time was finally audible 💦
I ONLY HAD TO GET QUIET, Tune in and LISTEN to my Life.
The message was clear
“You DON'T NEED TO STOP DREAMING, DOING and ADVENTURING.
You just need to realize that the same things that make you come alive, and great at who you are, WHEN OVERDONE,
will cause dissatisfaction and disconnection and zap you out of your magic zone. “

☀️Bokit Day ✨
Smiles and sunshine today from @bokitla! Spicy, tasty sandwiches from Guadeloupe + a little French practice. Happy Sunday and thank you all for coming to Campsbourne today. Our stallholders and customers make our market what it is✨☀️
The face you make when see that your team generated $2.4 MILLION DOLLARS in sales last year!!!🤩🤯
I started this business with one goal in mind, to help support my family financially. Today, four and a half years later, it’s a six-figure income that has radically changed the course of my life. The BEST part? I GET to empower others, inspire them to dream bigger, work with my best friends, and did I mention have fun?! •
I would love to share with you exactly what I do and how I do it. You never know, this opportunity might be just the change you didn’t know you wanted or needed. It was for me.❤️

2018 taught me to stop trying to sit at tables where I have to bring my own chair, squeeze myself in and repeatedly try and convince others why I deserved to be at the table.
I learned to build my own table. I hope you learned the same. But if you haven't, I have a seat at my table waiting for you.

Wishing it was nice enough outside today to have my superfoods while enjoying the sunshine again! 1.20.19
Holy guacamole, it’s been almost 2 years since I decided to join the world of instablogging. It’s been a journey, friends… Like all sorts of emotions/feelings from jealousy sadness, anger, stress, and of course happiness.
When I first thought about blogging I followed all these amazing bloggers and at first, to be honest I was a little jealous. I was like “damn these girls! They are all gorgeous, live the perfect life, have the nicest clothes, handbags, and shoes… Ughhhh… How do I live up to that?” Instantly I compared my life to theirs. Pro tip: DON’T COMPARE YOURSELF to anything on social media... As an influencer, I can tell you my instinct is to document the highlights of my life. When I’m down I usually don’t turn to my phone for comfort. I turn to my husband, my family and my besties. I understand people want to see more authenticity on social media so here it goes.... 3 things you don’t know about me.
1. I’m scared of failure. I like to research and do things the right way the first time. I read and heard a million times that you have to fail to learn… I get it… I’m still scared of failing… I’m learning to let go and be ok failing sometimes.
2. From 10pm -2am I work on all things instagram. Everything from editing content, writing captions, engaging with my followers, responding to emails, pitching brands, tracking the status of all my collaborations, ect. During the day when I fit in a pee break or lunch I’ll jump on IG for a little mental break.
3. I thought about giving up blogging all together more times than I can count. Juggling wife life, motherhood, a corporate job and blogging is a HUGE undertaking. But if you want something bad enough, you just gotta do it. We all have dreams, but so many of us just dream and don’t do anything to make it happen. So if there is something you’ve always wanted to do, I say go for it… If you’re scared or don’t know where to start, reach out to someone who is doing it now, google or youtube it. There’s so much information out there… Be brave, YOLO, be happy! 😉
Lastly, since my IG is mainly about fashion I have to just say I love love this dress from @chicwish, one of my favorite online retailers.
