CANCER FREE! Today I saw my surgeon for the first time following my op & she told me I am now officially cancer free! WTF! I will remember today & this feeling forever! To my babies you were my reason, to these mothers (& to all my people) thank you, we did it xx #CancerFree#WeDidIt
They say.... You dont look like what you've been through!
I say.... And I don't ever plan on it!
12 rounds of chemo and still fighting.
April 21st, I'll be on CBS at the Motown 60th Gramny Celebration....
Last week I had two tickets to go and I had friends come to my rescue and help me get there. I called my homegirl and friend Lili, and said pack your bags because two of DC's cancer fighting babes are on our way out for some fun.... Its WCW and I'd like to shout out two women who have dropped everything for me to have the things I need and some of the things I want while battling cancer
@naturalallday7 and Sheila D
I want to truly thank you ladies from the bottom of my heart for this once in a lifetime gift. I sat right next to Barry Gordys family and we had a ball....
This year I will live! Not just breathe and get through the day but live. God you are amazing, despite it all Still I Rise!
Cancer doesn't have to be Ugly!

strong women aren’t simply born. ♔
We are forged through the challenges of life.
With each challenge we grow mentally and emotionally. We move forward with our head high and strength that can’t be denied.
We are the women who’s been through the storm and survived.
We are warriors! ♔
5 of 12 ✔️ this week the chemo feels are starting to show. The lethargy, nauseousia, permeant black rings around my eyes, aches, and hair loss have all made its way here. Even that being said my little guy thinks my new masks are awesome and wears them whenever momma has too and we're still in good spirits! I'm so grateful to have him through this, it's really the best motivation to never get negative. And I'm so excited that I'm almost half way done on my first drug. A mile stone is a mile stone even if it's very small on my long journey I'm looking forward to it! #nobaddays#momma#jacecharles#wehavemountainstomove#fightlikeagirl
In four days, IDF Training will be running a seminar specifically for women on a challenging topic: how to defend yourself against sexual assault.
In this two hour session, we will be covering techniques to help you to escape from positions commonly used in sexual assaults on the ground (that is, in a lying down position) when you are in a dangerous, threatening or even uncomfortable situation that you want to leave. This covers both public and home situations.
We feel strongly that women should feel, and be, safe, and part of this is having the knowledge to be able to defend themselves if they are threatened.
If you know someone who would like to attend, we'd love you to share this post and spread the word to ensure this reaches as broad an audience as possible - we want to see women harness their power in a world that can be dangerous.
The session is $50 for two hours, from 11am-1pm this Sunday, and you can book at www.idftraining.com.au/FLAG4
We hope to see you there!
Dias difíceis para as mulheres...
Ainda mais quando elas não respeitam umas às outras. Enfim... sororidade, união e parar de achar que existe competição é um começo. E homens, mulher não é mercadoria, então fica o recado para bom entendedor:
What you want
Baby, I got it
What you need
Do you know I got it?
All I'm askin'
Is for a little respect when you get home (just a little bit)
Hey baby (just a little bit) when you get home
(Just a little bit) mister (just a little bit)
I ain't gonna do you wrong while you're gone
Ain't gonna do you wrong 'cause I don't wanna
All I'm askin'
Is for a little respect when you come home (just a little bit)
Baby (just a little bit) when you get home (just a little bit)
Yeah (just a little bit)
I'm about to give you all of my money
And all I'm askin' in return, honey
Is to give me my propers
When you get home (just a, just a, just a, just a)
Yeah, baby (just a, just a, just a, just a)
When you get home (just a little bit)
Yeah (just a little bit)
Ooh, your kisses
Sweeter than honey
And guess what?
So is my money
All I want you to do for me
Is give it to me when you get home (re, re, re, re)
Yeah baby (re, re, re, re)
Whip it to me (respect, just a little bit)
When you get home, now (just a little bit)
Find out what it means to me
Take care, TCB
Oh (sock it to me, sock it to me, sock it to me, sock it to me)
A little respect (sock it to me, sock it to me, sock it to me, sock it to me)
Whoa, babe (just a little bit)
A little respect (just a little bit)
I get tired (just a little bit)
Keep on tryin' (just a little bit)
You're runnin' out of fools (just a little bit)
And I ain't lyin' (just a little bit)
(Re, re, re, re) when you come home
(Re, re, re, re) 'spect
Or you might walk in (respect, just a little bit)
And find out I'm gone (just a little bit)
I rolled with fellow white belts last night and woke up with a messed up ankle and messed up knee but still smiling and looking forward to more. Like they say, white belts are the most dangerous. Lol. I’m sure I’m as guilty as the others. 🤷🏻♀️
