I gave her cheese.
Then she ranted into terror as if I was trying to poison her.
She now just told me she didn’t really want cheese.
She wanted a strawberry.
I gave her a strawberry and she threw it on the floor and demand the cheese again.
But not just ordinary cheese, the kind of cheese on a very specific plate and the cheese must be cut into a specific shape requirement 🙈

WEEK 6 - FIERCE 1.0
My golly gosh this one is tricky to maintain isn’t it???
I spent a solid year when I first started my fitness journey struggling to find motivation that would last longer then a few weeks or even a few days...
Fast forward to TODAY & I have a much better understanding on the whole ‘motivation’ topic.
So I’m going to share with you guys a few HACKS or helpful tips that might keep you moving forward.
1. What is your WHY? Think long and hard about this one, I talking about your REAL why for being on this health and fitness journey. What is your overall goal in life that you want to achieve? Why did you start?
Once you know your why, start reminding yourself every week or everyday. Put it in front of your face so you are reminded constantly about how important your health and happiness is to you.
2. Be a realist, this was never suppose to be an easy journey. There will at some point be more difficult times which I KNOW you will get through. “You will never realise how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have.” When times get tough, stick it out, be strong & remember if it was easy wouldn’t EVERYONE be wealthy, in perfect relationships, with parents that aren’t divorced, rocking chiseled abs & surrounded by only the most positive supportive people??? Anything worth having is going to be hard, understand that and you won’t be surprised when the road gets tough. Trust me YOU CAN DO IT!
3. Do not compare yourself to anyone! Especially not to your pre baby body or your 16yr old body etc... be kind!
Look at yourself in the mirror and show yourself some love. Don’t pick apart the areas in which you want to change, look at a piece of paper and write down the things you want to achieve.
For example; increase my squats by 5kg, start box jumping on the next level up, master push ups on your toes, drink more water, be more disciplined with food prep.... just don’t forget slow progress IS IN FACT progress!
So check in with yourself and think about how you’re feeling & re fresh that motivation and mindset!!!! #sweat#sweat12wc#fierce#fiercecommunity2019

Who writes down what weight they lift?
Who writes down how many reps they complete each round?
I do this, so I can celebrate all my small wins I have. When I write down the reps achieved in the first round, I try to beat it on the second and then beat that again on the third round.
This motivates me, distracts me & helps me push the boundaries.
I never walk out of a FIERCE session unsure of whether I pushed myself. FIERCE 100% pushes me right out of my comfort zone every single time. You see time is extremely precious to me, especially when running a business and having 2 little ones. So I want my FIERCE community to train smarter NOT HARDER, giving you more time to enjoy time with your loved ones.
