Hey beautiful people! Think about your body, be mindful what you put inside yourself, it makes a HUGE difference long term for your overall health and wellbeing! Mucus in our body is created by the food on the acid side of chemistry as on the picture, so our body protects itself like that so the acid doesnt cause so much harm, and if we put that inside every day regularly we will have so much mucus inside of us because of it, which then resides on our bowel walls and locks and stiffens as protection. The problem is that then when we eat good natures foods full of nutrients we don't absorb any because we are clogged up and our body is used to defend itself. That's why we need to eat alot of foods on the right side of the picture to loosen the mucus up and get it out of our body to properly start optimal function, digestion and absorption. Love yourself and your body unconditionally always 🍀health is wealth!
⚠️Warning: unpopular opinion ahead:
The question that is asked the most about fasting is probably: Does [insert food here] break a fast?
I believe it is the worst question to ask yourself as a beginner.
When you begin, focus on eating nothing. If you have anything else than water, then consider that you have broken your fast.
As you become more advanced, you can fine-tune your routine and optimise it for efficiency. But until then, don’t try to “cheat” your fast…
Fasting is not about how much food you can get away with eating. It’s about helping your body reach its maximum potential. 🦸♀️🦸♂️
Don’t go into fasting by trying to find shortcuts. Embrace the process. 🔥🔥
One month of intermediate fasting happy with that . Few more weeks left .
I have been placing alot of my clients on this so thought i would record my results this time round myself.
After turning 40 nothing what i used to do to drop body fat was working.
All i do is eat my last meal at 8 pm and start again at 12 pm . 16 hours of no food only water and black coffee very important even milk or sugar will break the fast. and eat all my meals in 8 hours have Not changed my diet or done hours of pointless fasting cardio.
My body fat has dropped 5% . And the thing that worries me most my muscle mass has gone up 1kg. visceral fat is slowly going down.
my strength has increased. And I generally feel better and more energized. My skin has cleared up . No more hunger pains in the morning took 3 weeks tho for this to happen .
And the best thing i get a extra 20 min in bed . As im not making breakfast. If you want to know the science behind it scroll down to my previous post for the boring bits.

It might only be a couple ounces but I FINALLY got the scales to move after ✌🏼 months. What I’ve changed this week: Upped my water to 145 ounces/day, alternated between IF and eating between typical eating hours (3 meals/day), and moved more/put in more effort to hustle when I’m moving. I’m going to keep doing this and hope the downward spiral continues 🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼 I started my period yesterday and y’all know I’m usually up 5-10 pounds in bloat by this point so I’m really happy to see the scale going the opposite way! Also, yes I got a spray tan. We had a few days of 70-80° weather last week and I wanted to pretend it was summer for a minute 😂🌳☀️ I hope y’all are having the best week! Happy early valentines my loves! 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰
