Be kind, for everyone you meet is fighting a battle💪🏼
I have always been very private about my personal life, but as we are just beginning 2019 I want to tell you guys my new year resolutions, which quite frankly I do not share. 1. Read more books 2. Be kind to everyone. It literally costs you nothing to show a little bit of kindness, thankfully it is free cuz I don't know what would be of mankind if it weren't. I dont know why the fuck can people be so mean and heartless. I am sticking my tongue out to those who run around in life shitting other people. My biggest pet peeve are bullies, I am lucky to be one of the few people that never experienced physical bullying, though I did suffer from rumors and invented gossip, fat-shaming (like people talking about my body). My heart goes out to all those who feel like it does not get better, spoilers it eventually does. You are loved, you are wanted. Never let anyone tell you otherwise. "Treat people with kindness" is my current motto, not because I love @harrystyles
But because it should be a rule in life. Love yourself, be yourself. Be different, be unique, be what no one wants you to be but what you wanna be. I think you are fucking amazing.
I wasn’t going to do this 😭 because I was fried! But I guess that’s the point of the challenge 🙌🏽
The day Before I graduated BCT and currently.
(Comment something nice below) 🙏🏽
For anyone questioning the fact that breast implants poison us from the inside out, just look at Sia. We have seen thousands of women transform back to themselves after explant. This is one of the quickest and most amazing transformations. As soon as the toxic bags were removed, she is who shes supposed to be. No one deserves to be sick. If you are sick, get the implants out and get your life back too. Reposted from @diaryofafitmommyofficial - It still kinda freaks me out to see this. 😳 I went from the left photo to the right photo in less than two months. For those of you who are new to my page, I had my breast implants removed after suffering from unexplained sickness for most of last year and beyond.
To me, this is all of the proof that I needed that I was truly sick. When I was in Maui (left photo) I could barely enjoy my vacation because I had no energy and had headaches/dizziness for half of my trip. I felt like I was literally going to fall over at any moment. Fast forward to now (right photo), I have more energy and can actually breathe. I actually completed a workout 6 days in a row last week... it’s been months since I’ve been able to do even 2 days in a row. For the last half of 2018, I was in bed for most of my day. Now, I can finally do the things I love.
When something is wrong with your body, it’ll tell you. Our bodies are smarter than we give them credit for. If you feel like something is wrong, chances are it probably is. It look me many blood tests and doctors for me to realize it wasn’t “all in my head.” The best thing you can do for your health is to be your own health advocate. You know your body better than everyone else.
Diet: eating all food groups, but still limiting dairy and gluten
Workouts: 5 days a week on the Strong Body Guide combining at least 30 minutes of cardio a day with 20 minutes of lifting. ✨ Link in bio for full guides.
Goal: to fully restore my health, especially my energy and strength levels while toning up some in the process.
