I dedicated my ride on Friday August 17th to my life long Friend Larry. He has been recovering from a motorcycle accident he was involved in a week ago from today. I stated that I would donate $1 for every mile I rode that day. I racked up 138 miles on my KLX from the ride and I will be donating $138 to Larry to help with medical expenses.
That's one of my biggest reasons for Shifting Into Adventure, to help people. And to continually bring the Dual Sport and Motorcycle Community closer. What is your reason for Shifting Into Adventure?
I was riding down a level 5 gravel road in Colorado and pulled off the road to take this picture. I am certain that Larry would have loved to join me on the ride. Shift Into Recovery Larry.
As always, Keep Shifting Into Adventure!!
For first-timers to Red Rocks, first impressions are key, so to make it a little extra special, enter from the top and walk to the edge to view the Amphitheatre and valley below. Mom gets her first looks.
Somewhere at around 13,500 ft in Colorado.... This was after a slight breakdown on my end when my body just wouldn’t push anymore 😫 didn’t quite summit the peak, but got pretty up there!
I have to share what one of my support coaches in my mastermind said to me days before our first call last week... I told my team that I felt like I needed to be more stressed or chaotic-feeling the day before the mastermind officially launched.... I mean, heck! Two days before our first call was a total no-work day as I was out of service and trying to summit a 14,000 foot mountain (which is a SERIOUS challenge by the way, especially if you aren’t acclimated to the altitude.) Like who does that when they have a mastermind launching in two days??? I was second-guessing if I am being lazy, too lax, forgetting something?? My support coach Nathalie said to me, “Sarah, this is the FREEDOM-OBSESSED MASTERMIND!!! Of course it feels easy! You are the embodiment of the freedom you are helping your clients create!” And at that moment I finally realized the obvious—
Yes. I live this crazy amazing life and sometimes I feel like I should be doing more, suffering more, struggling more. But why? I am free. And yes it took work to get there, but I created this ease and flow that I am now experiencing. And that is exactly why I do what I do. And now I get to go share it with others 💕 we have to go live the thing we are supporting others to create. We have to live the example. #creativeentrepreneur#trusttheprocess#explorecolorado#freedomlifestyle#freedomliving#nomadiclifestyle#nomadic#nomadlife#femaleentrepreneur#femaleentrepreneurs#communityovercompetition#createyourreality#createyourlife#nofilterneeded#goexplore#enjoylife❤️ #worklifebalance
Today, after church we spent some time at Blue Gill pond (or so we call it) catching fish, dodging fish hooks, tugging Parker🐕 away from worms and most of all just enjoying all the moments as a family in this beautiful land.
This 4 day a week workout program is fitting into our end of summer plans just perfectly. Do the work...just 2.5 hours a week and ENJOY LIFE!! #stronglikemom#backtoyou
The Garden of the Gods' red rock formations were created during a geological upheaval along a natural fault line millions of years ago. 👨🏻🏫.
.Archaeological evidence shows that prehistoric people visited Garden of the Gods about 1330 BC. At about 250 BC, Native American people camped in the park. They are believed to have been attracted to wildlife and plant life in the area and used overhangs created by the rocks for shelter. 🏜
.Many native peoples have reported a connection to Garden of the Gods, including Apache, Cheyenne, Comanche, Kiowa, Lakota, Pawnee, Shoshone, and Ute people.

Happy #WorldPhotographyDay 📸
Although I don’t consider myself the greatest photographer, it has been nothing short of amazing to be apart of a wonderful community that is photographers. Everyone offers there own perspective, and sees things completely differently than the next. Which is why every image is different. Every single one. Imperfections & perfections make the art what it is. Find something that makes you happy. Find something that brings you joy. But also find something that challenges you. This is what photography is to me, a constant battle. But don’t ever let negative thoughts unmotivate you from getting to new heights. Live to inspire & to be inspired.
Love seeing the different lighting at different times of day in the mountains. There are patches of yellow Aspen trees all along Vail Pass right now. Not long until those ski trails are covered in snow. Change is coming! This is one of my favorite spots in Summit. Happy Sunday 🚵🏻♀️
