You will work on live models on your training day and not just mannequins. Our classes are kept to a minimum so that you fully benefit from the day.
As space is limited, a 50% non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your place with the balance payable 1 week before.

“ Eating healthy & working out is so hard “ you know what guys YES IT IS SO HARD! If anyone says it’s easy they are lying to themselves. Not physically but mentally aswell. If I knew everything I know now 5 years ago when I started training, yes I would have probably reached my goals quicker but I needed them 5 years to learn my strengths and weakness to build a better mind & body.
But what’s the right routine & right diet ? *
My advise from my experience is to TRY EVERYTHING. Try every single meal you can, try every single activity you can till you find what works for YOU. I can’t say how many times I have given up .. Ive usually had enough at least twice a year and don’t train for about 2 months because it can get to much for me.. social media can play games with your mind making you think everyone else is reaching their goals so quick and easy. I do wish people talked more about the struggles because sometimes I think how the heck has she grown so much muscle so quick or how is she lean all year around???!!!... what I’m trying to say is don’t worry if it’s feels hard, it’s meant to be or it won’t challenge you or change you. It’s okay give up aswell, don’t feel ashamed. Sometimes you will find your motivation in falling down & taking a step back. Remember none can run at 100% all the time. The struggle is real & yes it is HARD!! ❤️
