Hello Frame 👋🏻 it’s been a while...loved this evening’s cardio sesh with a mixture of treadmill, rowers and floor work and it also brought me a #nsv - it’s been a good few months singe I have been to this class and I really noticed the difference in my pace on the treadmill, distance on the rower and strength with the kettlebells - something which I have to thank all my other classes for! Sometimes it’s the little victories like this that keep you on tracks 🌈
A local told me about this wonderful castle. I decided to walk, and explore it.
It was about a 30-40 minute walk from my hostel. I was heading the right way, when I continually saw the huge statue of Jesus Christ. He was standing on top of castle. (His statue was better looking through the human-eye than the camera lens.)
This had a free cover as well.
If you’ve ever been in an aircraft and experienced a child that was either crying, running back & forth in the isle, playing with the light switch or frantically opening & closing the table top on the back of your chair... you might agree that kids on a (long) flight can be a challenge. 👻
Your own kids, someone else’s kids, either one can cause an overwhelm..
I’ve learnt, especially during my 17 years as a flight attendant, that it takes a certain mind set not to get too sucked into this agitation.
Of course the kids going crazy with the lights and the table top can be asked to stop it! But the baby screaming or the ones that just can’t stand to sit still all the time (can’t blame ‘m!), that takes another attitude. 😎
Seeing it all as ‘Inflight Entertainment’ has really helped me smile (and possibly help out), more often that I would have gotten annoyed.
It doesn’t help you see... it doesn’t lead to anything positive or uplifting. Your ‘problem’ isn’t solved when you’re getting all upset.
Just like a lot of other inflight and flight safety expressions, this one too can help you find your ground, on the ground!
We’re all on a journey of some kind. And there are always annoyances or difficulties along the way.
It’s all Inflight Entertainment if you ask me, and it will pass accordingly... 🙏🏼✈️

Had Great Father & Son Time at The Bounce TV Trumpet 🎺 Awards Taping 19 last night! Though I’ve had the honor of performing on the awards show before I’ve never just sat and watched.. it was an experience to be cherished! My son loved the red carpet action! Thanks to my fam Cory & Kim for the invite.. and @mrandregates My son and I were wolfing it together lol & I tried to dress like him too! Sunday baking! Hello two point muffins (well actually 1.666 but we like to round up!)👌🏼 thank you @justanotherjess for a very tasty but easy recipe...mix two packets of @ww.uk chai & raspberry porridge oats, two ripe bananas, an egg, a teaspoon of vanilla extract, a teaspoon of cinnamon and a splash of water in a big bowl...line a muffin tin with frylight, spoon in the mixture and cook at 180 degrees for 20 minutes - so delish!
28 degrees and the sun is warm and calling. Sipping on warm golden milk and marinating in my awakingness feeling grateful about my life...past, present, and future. 🙏
Every step in my journey has lead me to this day, this moment. It was hard af...but I survived. I fall and I get up. I still will have not so good moments. I'm still human.🤷♀️ But I now I know how to bounce back faster and stronger than before.
I've learned how to start relying more on spirit and and let it guide my flesh. Doors and connections that I've only dreamed about has been happening and opening, is happening, and will continue to happen, simply because I decided to let go. I stop trying to control my journey.
To experience the true meaning of freedom is beyond my wildest dreams. It's not what I was raise to believe. It's beyond most. And the amazing thing is their is more to coming. I'm beyond ecstatic about my future. I hope and pray that everyone will be able to experience this.

🤗A little side by side Sunday transformation 🙌
You see on the left picture I’m smiling, if you know me, you know my vibe and know me as a happy positive person! I am still that person! But I was leaving in such a dark place at the time. Eating unhealthy, not exercising, living a sedentary & auto pilot life! I was tired, depressed and just couldn’t find a way back to myself! My REAL self.
Right picture,(keep in mind I am still on my journey), but man do I feel like a million bucks! I am much more active with my son, and family(one of my motivations) I am more aware of my environment, keeping my circle ⭕️ small, but with happy, positive & encouraging people! Honoring my body each and everyday with 30-45 min of working out, eating healthy 80% of the time, because let’s be real I still enjoy my margaritas🍸, and yummy food I like. It’s all about balance!
Special occasions, birthday parties, holidays, vacations are always going to be there guys! Don’t make that an excuse!! Don’t put a date to your health and well being. YOUR health is important, YOU are worth it!! make yourself a priority, be selfish, because; you bettering your life will better the lives of those around you!
Often people think that loosing weight means: starving diets, pills, shakes, not eating after 6PM, etc. It’s all so far from the truth! I eat 5-6 meals/snacks a day and still see results. Never starving, never depriving myself from anything!! It is Hard work, consistency, patience and dedication, but being unhealthy, tired, with no energy is also HARD! Choose your hard!! We got this💪🏻
TB 💙 Each day I try to give 120% so I achive my goals, because I believe that 100% will keep you in the same place 😅
Even I'm always wanting to improve in almost every aspect, I like myself and what I do a lot! (Took me some years tho!) Sometimes we're too hard with ourselves, no need, life won't get easier...
