Okay so I'm a little obsessed with microgreens at the moment. You have to try them, you won't be disappointed. This was breakfast this morning: whole grain bread, mashed avocado, 2 eggs, microgreens, and red pepper flakes. So much flavor in every bite.
One of my favorite seasonings! We add this to a lot of the vegetables we eat. It tastes amazing on sautéed cabbage w/butter, salads, broccoli, and even eggs! A good seasoning makes a world of difference if you think vegetables are usually bland, so spice it up! Not to mention 0 carbs and sugar and 5 calories for 1/4 tsp.
