Lead: Impact on the body: according to the Center for Disease Control and Prevention, excessive lead exposure can affect the state of the whole body. And since there are no obvious signs of its harmful effects, this is often overlooked. According to the Mayo Foundation for Medical Education and Research, lead poisoning in children under 6 years of age can seriously affect their mental and physical development. 2. NPE (nonylphenol ethoxylates and nonylphenols): Impact on the body: according to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, accumulating in the tissues of the body, they can disrupt the work of hormones and lead to a negative development of reproductive functions. 3. Phthalates: Impact on the body: as endocrine disruptors, phthalates can disrupt hormone levels and even cause breast cancer. 4. PFC (perfluorinated and polyfluorinated chemicals): Impact on the body: according to the National Institute of Ecology and the Environment, studies on the effects of PFC compounds carried out on animals revealed disruption of the normal activity of endocrine activity, reduced functions of the immune system, as well as a negative impact on liver and pancreas function. At present, the effect on the human body has not been fully studied, but various combinations of PFCs, such as PFOS and PFOA, have led to kidney disease and cancer. 5. Sometimes I wonder why negative things happen in the world... 🌏
Today, I encountered not one but two cases of patriarchal oppression. I will not give you any places or faces, but I will tell you what happened.
I think every woman knows the first case: you’re focussed, you’re just minding your business, when suddenly a man tells you to “Smile more”. 🙃
Really?! Maybe I don’t want to smile right now. Maybe I have all the reasons not to smile today. Wait.. no no no. This is not how it works. Not “maybe...” I don’t have to explain myself nor my facial expression. 🤨🤨🤨 Case two is probably (sadly) very familiar for many women also: a man touching you. Without a reason, without a warning. And definitely without you asking it. ‼️
How did you get the blunt idea in your head to touch me without my permission?
This is just insulting, belittling and denigrating.
When I told the man today, that I found his behaviour very inappropriate, he saw it as an invite to make an ill-considered remark about it. There was no sign of him trying to apologise in any way. At all... I feel very sad about these two things today, but I only partly blame the individuals who did this to me. Even more, I blame society. We live in a very patriarchal society, where we learn that things are not fair really.. Men learn, that it’s okay to express your opinion about a woman’s looks, and even to take her self-determination by touching her.
Women learn, that they should be friendly, soft and polite, and they should bother looking beautiful for men. 💅💄 I don’t mean to say, that men are evil. They’re not. They have just been brought up in a sickened world. 🥀🥀
I, and every other woman in this world, need your effort to fix this. Whether you are male or female, short or tall, a petrolhead or a doglover, I need your help.
Together we can fix this injustice.
Educate yourself. 🤓📚🎓

You ready for an oily makeup tip?!
We all love the Savvy Makeup right?! Everyone is nodding yes, right? 😊
In order to keep your skin clear, and looking healthy along with having those luxurious Savvy brushes last, you should be at the very least washing then once a month. Best case scenario would be once a week. Not going to lie that doesn’t always happen for me. 🤷🏼♀️
I have found the best way to wash them is with the Thieves Foaming Hand Soap. 👌🏻
Here is what I do.....
1. Wet the bristles with lukewarm water. Avoid tipping the brush upright so the water doesn’t run down the shaft of your brush. You don’t want water in the shaft.
2. Grab your soap and squirt into the palm of your hand.
3. Rub your brush in the soap using a circular motion. Ensuring you keep the brush facing down. You will see the makeup begin to mix with the soap.
4. Rinse the brush with water, again avoid getting water in the shaft. Repeat until water runs clear.
5. On a clean, dry towel rub the bristles gently back and forth to help pull out the moisture. This will help with the drying process.
6. Reshape your brushes to the correct shape and lay flat to dry.
Ok now ladies go wash them brushes!! You will be amazed at how much easier your Savvy Makeup will to be apply and how luxuriously soft those brushes once were! 😘
I'm finishing my working day today at co-working space that I found at Croissant (@getCroissant).
It was too far to go back to the office after my driving lesson.
The amount of motivation I'm getting at such spaces is incredible. When people around are also busy with something - learning or working, my brain has no choice - I'm working or learning too.

The fat scare is funny to me! We've all heard "that's going to clog your arteries, raise your cholesterol, give you a heart attack!" 😯 I'm neither a Dr, scientist or nutritionist, I just like for things to make sense to me in it's most simplistic form. 🤷🏻♂️
People who avoid fat and or meat while over consuming carbohydrates, which turn to sugar aka glucose. The body uses glucose for energy then stores the excess as FAT clogging arteries, developing diabetes and heart disease. Those in ketosis eat lchf, utilizing fat for energy. Nutritious fatty foods consumed are turned into ketones and burned as fuel for energy. The process is slower, therefore a constant more efficient energy source without the insulin spikes while also leaving you satiated and lowering your blood sugar reducing type 2 diabetes. Makes sense 🙋🏻♂️👌🏼👍🏼
A few things to remember. Stop carb shaming! Carbs are perfectly fine, dont act all vegan! 🙄 Infact they are a quicker source for immediate energy! Those with active lifestyles can feed and burn off carbs all day while leaving no excess.
Just because you're keto doesnt mean you'll lose weight. Just like carb eaters you will store fat when you eat fat in a surplus. If your body doesnt need it, youre storing... so get more active or reduce intake to a caloric deficit.
Also, Think twice about that cheat day or weekend binge! #yolo 🤪🤛🏼 You asked for this diet, you trained yourself to now be CARB INTOLERANT... Yes theres a price you pay for everything, you're now carb intolerant! 👏🏼 So go carb crazy, make a joke about it even while you cause possible irriversable damage to your organs as you clog your system with things it can no longer process. 🤓
You'll hear this over and over again in this group... this is a lifestyle not a diet, so before you do more harm then good.. better make sure you're about that life! 💪🏼🤨

Had I known this was the case, I would have run like Hell.. It's word except for the sex part, it was more charm and mirroring than anything.. Education in a world full of social media predators is so key... Inbox messages are a huge start as I have experienced.. ALL the messages are the same... "great pic" "you're beautiful" "you have a beautiful family" quickly turn into "do you have any other pics" followed by a phone number which is followed by a series of emojis 😘😘😍❤❤❤.. On a dating level, they collect as much info in a charming manner, as if they're truly interested in you... They are NOT.. They collect data to see how much they'll be able to get from you but at the same time flatter you with compliments... It's ALL a game
