Another day, another school pick up & another snack. 😄 As much as I try I just seem to only find some spare time in the day to refuel while I’m waiting in the pick-up line. I am going to have to be quick today though because these cookies from @thefoodcraftersfd are one of Miss 7’s favourite, so if there’s still some left when she makes her way to the car I can pretty much kiss it good-bye. Wet hair, don’t care... I’m just stoked that I’m actually feeling human after a shower & my second dose of wholefood caps for the day! 🙌😊 Runny noses & coughs you can eff right off now... and don’t hit us again any time soon yeah! 🤧🙅🏼♀️ I shouldn’t complain - we’re just not used to sickness in our household anymore!! My kids used to catch colds constantly throughout the year (inevitable with two at kindy). I have no doubt it’s down to their nutrition that keeps them so much healthier & these days!
I’m totes not claiming we never get sick... coz that’d be telling porkies (the past week at home has been gross as!!). Hangovers are nature’s way of grounding you as an adult 😵
Yeah, that’s right... ya girl is driving the struggle bus today! Just because i preach health and fitness doesn’t mean I can’t enjoy a few drinks! I rarely drink but that doesn’t mean I am against it, I believe in balance and if you want to have a drink or 2 JUST DO IT! Some may think that I’m a hypocrite but that’s how I live my life and you are in charge of how you choose to live yours! My day will consist of me laying on the couch, probably taking a nap or 5 and watching the @vegasgoldenknights hopefully win the West Finals! Hope you all are having the best Sunday! 🏒
Breakfast/lunch/first meal today was a big bowl of gluten free oats (although I could stomach the whole bowl it’s waiting for me), mixed with @furtherfood collagen, chia seeds, cinnamon and almond milk topped with lots of fruit and, @salbachia chocolate chia seeds and @georgiagrinders cashew butter!
