quit a few of you asked for transformation post, so i listened😉
Even though it makes me nervous 😭
This is a 10 month transformation, an alot of very intense workouts, an eating as much good quality food as possible.
If your training intensely an your not getting the results you want,
Do your Research!
The first 6 month of my training i was trying to gain muscle an only eating like 1300 calories a day! I was not getting anywhere.
So now i estimated alittle, an i probably eat anywhere between 2300- 2500 calories a day. Talking about good calories for the most part😁
i do enjoy treats but i try an get healthier treats🍦🍫
In life there is no "magic bullet" but there is a 🔑 #showupforyourself
🤔Am I where I want to be right now in my physique goals (or in all other areas of my life for that matter)? Hell no! Not even close! But I can't let that fact set me back mentally from continuing to push forward.
✨Energy goes where intention flows... And I'm going to damn well make sure that I'm directing my energy in the right places in my life. I have no room these days for anything or anyone that could potentially hijack my positive momentum, including myself!

Looking back at old photos from last year and realising a) just how much happier I was b) how confident I was and c) just how much weight I have lost 😔. I'm trying not to get down about it, but it's really frustrating when it feels like I'm starting from the beginning all over again 🤷♀️. If you've followed me for a while, you will know I've been underweight before and struggled with binge eating as a result and I think that's why I'm finding it difficult to gain weight. One things for certain though and that's you won't see me give up. the idea of having ‘treats’ with my lunch scares me a lot
I completely ignored that ill, useless part of my disordered brain and had a damn caramel wafer bar.
Ignoring my eating disorder feels (and tastes) pretty damn great.
Oh, and that’s cream cheese not butter in my quorn ham sandwich. Because ana doesn’t like cheese either. Ha, choke on it bitch ;)
As much as I LOOOVE all things pumpkin🎃 I also kinda love all things sea salt caramel...including these @xyience bars. 😍 Seriously probably one of the best caramel flavored bars I’ve tried in a hot second...🤪 & I definitely dig the sea salt on the chocolate 🍫 coating...yessssss. 🎉 happy monday friends! 😘

Last week I got 110kg for 2 and today I got 115kg for 1🤙🏼 I attempted to do 120kg but failed🤦🏻♀️ and I also failed on my first 115kg! But then I got it second time round😆 Moral of the story: don’t give up too easy! I probably would of if it weren’t for @hannahewilding and @reissbawlar giving me some moral support 😂🤪
