Happy humpday day 🍑
This post is a throwback to May where I was dedicated to my healthy eating and gym. These past couple of months I've had 0 motivation to eat healthy or step foot in a gym😐 I've lost my gains (and my ass😭😭😭😭) but that's life, it throws you sometimes and some days all you wanna do is eat chocolate endlessly while watching Netflix all day, it's normal. But I have let myself go too much but it's now time to focus on my self and make myself happy and the only way to do that is if my body is feeling happy so that means back to the gym and making healthier options. Let's get this booootay back 🙌🏽
Can’t believe how fast summer has been going. Ive been working so much at my new job in the seafood department at a grocery store and I’ve honestly been so exhausted lately.. Gotta say I don’t ever crave anything seafood anymore lol still lovin these chicken and egg crunch wraps every night though 🤗❤️🍳 #yolkporn
#WisdomWednesday DO YOU SKIP MEALS⁉️ 👉🏼 Skipping meals can cause your metabolism to slow down, which can cause weight gain or make it harder to lose weight. 👉🏼 When you skip a meal or go a long time without eating, your body goes into survival mode. This causes your cells and body to crave food which causes you to eat a lot!

Happy Wednesday My Friends‼️
I haven’t heard anything so motivating or appropriate to my personal endeavor in a while 👏🏻 I am a busy person, but I refuse to allow myself to strictly stride at work. I figure I have 2 hours before work and 2 hours after work each day. 3 or 4 of those days I dedicate 2 hours for my gym time. But if that is a goal of mine, what other goals can I accomplish? There are many more 2 hour gaps I have 🤔 This always makes me think about the people who don’t make time for things they “want.” The people who won’t take their leggings and sneakers to work and go “gyming” immediately after work, the people who get scheduled on Sundays and miss church completely instead of going to an earlier assembly, or reading the Bible 1/2 hour before work and a 1/2 hour after. I could go on and on. I never understood unmotivated people. I am happy that there are other people who think this way too, because I just discovered the theory behind “The Law of Attraction.” I have only dabbled in a few articles and podcasts, but it confirms a lot of things I’ve thought my entire life.
