Today @wchildcancer launched a campaign to give children with Cancer the ‘Gift Of Growing Up’ and to point out that incredible things have been achieved when strong women have been given a voice.
Cancer claims the life of a child every three minutes in the developing world, due to a lack of access to medical treatment.
Please do read this post as well as my stories today, which will be put under a highlights section. I request all my followers and anyone that has come across this post to share and raise awareness, to donate and to give children with cancer the #giftofgrowingup .
As part of its Gift of Growing Up campaign, World Child Cancer is asking everyone to get involved by donating £4 or texting GROWING to 70085 to donate £4. For every £1 donated the Government will match it as part of their UK Aid Match scheme.
Another great theatre we watched over the weekend was from our favourite productions @freckle_productions . It was also based on a book by Misha’s favourite author #juliadonaldson .
It was; ‘TABBY MCTAT!’ At the @southbankcentre .
Misha’s now got a list where she’s ticking off all the books she reads and shows she watches by Julia Donaldson.
The shows starts off as a storytelling by Simone Pratt, Tabby McTat’s son who kicks off the show in a laughable way.
The story of Tabby McTat is a musical show, with catchy songs, lots of audience participation and interaction.
Misha really enjoyed it. We left singing along to the songs with Misha making up her own version of it with words that rhymed.
We were also lucky enough to meet the cast of the show, who helped Misha learn the ‘handshake’. Tabby McTat is on at The Southbank Centre until the 13th April, everyday at 11:30am and 2:30pm.
Tickets starting at £12
For more information and lots of other Easter activities for families, please check out the @southbankcentre website.
Dubai With Kids!! Seriously, if you have kids aged 2-12, and you’re visiting Dubai...you simply Have to go to Dubai’s Oli Oli Science Museum. Would Highly Recommend a visit!👍🏼👍🏼. #dubaiwithkids#bestsciencemuseum#kidsloveolioli
Exploring the red desert of Dubai with @selinas_sunshine 😍 many travellers flock to see the towering landmarks, splash about in the magical waterpark, or get lost in the strikingly beautiful mall; however sometimes the simplest of activities make for the most unforgettable experiences!

Get your hands dirty!
Teaching our kids where our food comes from is valuable, but the reality is providing the actual hands-on experience is challenging since many of us here do not have backyards. @emiratesbiofarm weekend farm tour is the next best accessible option to experience and teach our kids farm to table concept.
Entrance / tracktor farm tour cost 35 Dhs per person, kids under 6yo are free. EBF restaurant offers a wide range of yummy food using farm produce.
Four months old today and what better way to celebrate than by feeling the sand between my toes for the very first time.
Mum very nearly bumped my celebratory month by month post today, in favour of another one about how much she dislikes my Dad because apparently it’s their anniversary or something. Whatevs 💁🏻♀️. So anyway, I went on a plane for the first time yesterday. It was a double decker and very fancy apparently. Mum kept saying “we’re not on Ryanair anymore”, whatever that means 🤷🏻♀️. I slept through most of it, it was pretty boring. Apart from when my brother was sick and Mum caught it with her bare hands, but then I got a bit of FOMO so I shat all over myself and also her.
Oh oh I went swimming for the first time today too and I LOVED it! So fun! Defo doing that again later and tomorrow and the day after. At one point, I was carried off by some bloke in a uniform because he could see Mum was struggling to eat one handed (she’s very expert at this now, but she was getting sauce all over her face. Embarrassing 🙄), so he just took me from her and amused me whilst she ate. Weird.
Yep. 4 months is pretty sweet so far 🙌🏻.
Well one of us got our legs in position 🤣 Ski Dubai was seriously so much fun!! I am making a vid with my GoPro footage and @willsmith obviously heard about it and released his Ski Dubai video a few days ago just to get in first 🤣🤣 Ah well, I’m glad everyone got to enjoy the entree before the main event! But seriously check it out, he went in the big snowball that we went in too. It’s a fab spot for family fun!! ❄️❄️❄️

Can't believe it has been 5 years since we started our travel blog. At the beginning it was only Kris and I who was travelling the world as a couple - but then kids came along, and for the past 3 years our content has been all about "travelling with kids". Time is flying! So for the next few days I'll show you some pics from our first trip as a family (to Dubai). Can't believe how small Andrea looks on this picture

I love how in Dubai nothing is impossible. You just need to look at the incredible skyline to see how dreams have become real here. And when you’re here with the fam you can make just about anything happen - like going from the snow to the desert within an hour, and popping into a waterpark enroute! 💦
After we finished playing at Ski Dubai we set off for the sand an incredible safari in vintage Land Rovers with @platinumheritage - motoring through the desert and spotting wildlife, watching the sunset and dining in a Bedouin camp. I’ll tell you all about it in the next few days but it was another super fun and beautiful experience that Emmie and I both loved. And I made sure to get a pic with me and Emmie at sunset - #mumsinphotos represent! 🌴☀️
When you think of Dubai what’s the first thing that comes to mind? Desert? Futuristic buildings? Fancy cars? Family fun? #email@example.com ...👗 and for everyone asking about my dress, I bought it at @seedheritage 💕

Ad un anno e mezzo sei salito sulla cima del mondo, fatto dune bashing nel deserto e un giro in cammello. A chi dice di lasciarti a casa noi rispondiamo così. A mille altre avventure insieme! Dove va uno vanno tutti, we are a family ❤️
