Обычно эти частицы могут блокировать попадание света на сетчатку. Сетчатка – это мембрана глаза, получающая визуальные образы и передающая их в мозг путем электрических импульсов. Падающая на сетчатку тень видится как пятно, проплывающее в поле зрения. «Плавуны» особенно заметны при взгляде на однотонную поверхность, такую как белая стена или голубое небо. На их появление часто влияет время суток. Считается, что чаще всего они заметны утром, когда человек просыпается и сразу смотрит на потолок. Клетки крови и побочные продукты воспаления в глазу также могут формировать «плавуны». I believe hands-on adjustments are a very important part of yoga, as long as teachers know their own limitations. Adjustments should serve the student - help them feel and understand the pose, without causing damage in the short or long run. Every body is distinct, with different joint structure, tissue tightness and injury history. Hands-on adjustments should therefore be subtle and with respect for the individual body - conveying empathy and help. As teachers we must learn the art of pulling the student back in order to adjust instead of pushing deeper to align. If we force the student’s body, we will not only be injurying them, but also teaching them that force is ok foregoing the need to listen to their own bodies. Our job is not to get a student deeper into the pose, but help them to move correctly into a pose with relevant modifications/variation. PA VS. MD/DO? ————— Thinking of becoming a PA instead of a MD? These are some things you should consider! 1️⃣Do you care to be the leader or are you more of a team player? As a PA you have a supervising physician and work very closely with them and care for patients as a team. 2️⃣Do you want to perform surgeries? I never cared to be the person who performed surgeries, I love being first assist but being the one who leads the surgeries was just not my interest. If you want to be the one performing surgeries then PA is not for you. 3️⃣Can you see yourself going through school for another 8+ years after undergrad? I definitely could not see this. I love that as a PA, school is only 2-3 years and you can still practice medicine. 4️⃣Do you want a flexible career? I definitely did, as I love few different fields of medicine. For example, I just recently found out I love to assist in the surgery room but I also love dermatology. Plastic surgery lets you do both, but at the same time if I want to do just dermatology I can do that too! As an MD, you have to choose one field and become an expert in that for life. 5️⃣Are you okay with some patients not wanting to see you? Recently, at work a patient said to me that he didn’t like mid level practitioners and would never go to them. Made me feel very uncomfortable, but this will happen and I am okay with it. But at the same time, there will be patients who only want to see the PA and not the doctor. You have to be okay with some patients being adamant about not seeing you. 6️⃣PA school should not be a backup option for you if you didn’t get into med school due to a low GPA. If you want to be a physician, be a physician. If you want to be a PA make that your first choice. Both are highly competitive and require different prerequisites. ———— In the end, a lot of it comes down to your own preferences and what career suits your personality. Wanting to become a PA is the best choice I have made and I know I will be happy as a PA because it fits me as a person. АРЧУЙТЕСЯ ЗБАЛАНСОВАНО...інакше хворітимете . Два дні тому у мене на прийом прийшов пацієнт. Обстежувався в обласному центрі, потім -- у Києві, в різних діагностичних центрах та лікарнях. Обстежили "вздовж і впоперек", особливо нічого не виявили. . Майже п'ять років "плотно" сидить на медикаментах, особливого полегшення немає. . Починаю розпитувати, що їсть. Всі мої пацієнти знають -- розпитую дуже детально, до подробиць. . тут в мене реально відвисає щелепа. Питаю: а, окрім ліків, Вам ніхто не розповів про харчування? Відповідає, що був у дієтолога а обласному центрі, та "одобрила". В мене реально крглішають очі, бо мені це не вкладається в голові — першочергова, якщо не основна причина його стану пов‘язана з харчуванням! . Що не так із його харчуванням? Сніданок: каша рисована воді, печиво "марія", чай зелений; або сирна запіканка. Через 2 години: чай зелений, печиво "марія". Обід: суп на воді -- гречаний, або рисовий, або вівсяний, з картоплею, морковою та цибулею. Ще через 2 години -- плов з рису з морковю та цибулею або кисломолочний сир. Ще через 2 години -- зелений чай, печиво "марія". Вечеря: картопля гарбуз, може бути одне яйце. . Не дивно, що болить, що ерозивний гастрит, що не набирається маса тіла -- білок, вітаміни де? . Харчуватися збалансовано рекомендують не просто так. Цьому пацієнту хронічно не вистачає "будівельних блоків" для відновлення слизової шлунка та кишечника і цими "блоками" є білок та амінокислоти. ТАРІЛКУ (піраміду) харчування придумали не просто так: це наочне зображення всіх груп продуктів, які щодня мають бути в нашому раціоні. . Всякий розбаланс тягне за собою якість порушення. Тому харчуйтеся зба-лан-со-ва-но вранці, в обід і ввечері.
