I love looking at my data post race, I find it very insightful. Doesn’t always make for the best photos though 😂 but there’s also something refreshing about not tracking that workout. Instead of worrying about hitting that particular HR or pace, it allows me to just be in the moment.
I like to sometimes start my watch but then just put it on the time of day (so I know how long until dinner time! 😂). This allows you to check the data post activity but in the moment of the activity I feel less pressure, and can listen to my body better. Give it a try 👍
