Ravioli recipe with a creamy tomato sauce is my jam 😍🍅

The dough is super simple, made with 400g semolina and 180ml warm water. After 10 exhausting minutes of kneading the dough is smooth and has to rest for another 30 minutes before you can make your favorite shape with it in a pasta machine.
The pasta then only takes 3-4 minutes in hot (not boiling) water🍝
The filling is made out of vegan mascarpone, cooked and drained spinach, a pinch of nutmeg, rosemary and salt and pepper. 💞
