02 dosadores de best whey iso sabor brigadeiro
01 xícara de chá de leite
02 colheres de sopa de choco70
01 colher de café de essência de amêndoas
01 colher de sobremesa de fermento em pó
01 colher de café de bicarbonato de sódio.
Modo de preparo:
Bata as claras em neve e separe. Misture os outros ingredientes até ficar uma mistura homogênea. Após misture com as claras. Leve ao fogo a 180°C por 30 minutos. .

Modo de preparo:
Misture todos os ingredientes até ficar uma mistura homogênea.
100 gramas de chocolate 70% cacao

Modo de preparo:
Em fogo baixo misture os ingredientes até derreter o chocolate.
Após adicione sobre o bolo. Adicione 01 protein peanut picado acima da cobertura.

- Use a resistance band that’s between 10-20lbs in strength and wrap it around your back and hold each end with your hands as you grab your dumbbells.
- When performing exercise focused on keeping your chest up at all times and core tight and engage.
- First perform 2 reps alternating each arm at a time and then go straight Into to reps of both size together. Perform this rep count for about 5-10 complete rep circuit.
- By using a resistance band during time under tension as you hold your arm up it puts extra pulling force into your muscle fibers therefore activates them better and will give you better results from your lift.

They are there for the reason you need them to be. Then, without any wrongdoing on your part, or at an inconvenient time, this person will say or do something to bring the relationship to an end. Sometimes they die. Sometimes they walk away. Sometimes they act up and force you to take a stand. What we must realize is that our need has been met, our desire fulfilled, their work is done. The prayer you sent up has been answered. And now it is time to move on. And be very thankful for the expirence, knowledge, and energy they gave you. Whether it was good or bad. ✌🏽

No show I’ve done has been easy, not one. I’m going from one show to another. I’m not stopping till i make it to Mr. ⭕️. It’s not easy going back to back on shows with no break. It’s super tough to keep the drive and motivation going, but i stay grinding. It’s hard on the body, but also hard on the mind. This is more than just physical strain. I’m a worker. Ima keep working till i get what i want. Hopefully this is motivation for u guys out there. Never stop working. I didn’t lose i won. I didn’t fail i succeeded. When i stop trying to get what i want then i failed myself or just switched my direction and focus into another area that’s all. I know my purpose and goal. I showed up and i showed out. God is keeping me going. Keeping me healthy and keeping my strength up. I thank God for everything he has given me and everyone he has brought into my life that believes in me and supports me. I’m pulling out all the stop 🛑’s. On to the next show. My foot is on the gas ⛽️ and I’m not letting up.
