Pan fried with a few drops of olive oil - Lemon herb chicken by yours truly! 💋
I didn’t post any food photos for a month!
What a better way to make a comeback than posting a dish which I made? 🥰 ◾️Recipe
1 large chicken breast, marinated in ginger paste with a bit of salt. After an hour or so I mixed the chicken piece with lemon, black pepper, oregano and a pinch of coriander powder. Laid it on the pan and closed the lid. I would turn over the chicken on each side every few minutes till it was golden brown. It was ready to eat in 15 minutes! 😘
Thoroughly enjoyed my quick and simple healthy meal 😋

Photo by @zarzarthetraveller | The Arial Beel is a massive waterbody between the Ganges and Plain. This depression remains submerged in water during the wet seasons, thanks to accumulated rain water and green farmland reveals itself in winter when the water dries up. During the rainy seasons, the Arial Beel offers a beautiful view of endless watery horizon along with a garden of pink water lilies grown in the water. Life is simple and peaceful there.
