Criadas para a Credeal™, uma das maiores fabricantes de cadernos da América Latina e a quinta maior do mundo, diversas ilustrações para as capas da coleção Design Art Collection. O conceito principal do projeto foi a inovação dos produtos.
Copenhagen/Malmö-based Digital artists Wang & Söderström worked this year with Swedish illustrator Klas Ernflo blending their different approaches. This was one of my favourite collaborations this year, and in general work of art.
"As we kick off a new school year, a look back at the successes of last year: For the second semester core studio last semester, Andy Lee '20 and Juan Reynoso '20 proposed an app, PowerKit, that allows youth to create their own sense of civic identity, and to cultivate a sense of engagement and activism through their own lens and everyday activities. "PowerKit hopes to re-invent Lowell’s public-school civics program through bottom-up, de-centralized methods of engaging Lowell’s diverse youth in the planning and political process. Rather than place the onus on teachers to teach civics in an already-crammed US history curriculum, our app, PowerKit, de-centralizes civics education by placing the ability to build one’s own political and civic power in their own hands. 51% of Lowell’s population is a minority, however, minorities are represented in only 6% of Lowell’s city council. Lowell’s youth – or Lowell’s future voters – can change that, and civics will help.""⠀

One of the materials that recently exited me is the wire mesh, in its thousand version and colors , used even for curtains, as in this case... beautiful light games, don’t you think?✨✨
‘House of Plenty’ 2/6
Material scarcity will see much of the building materials of the future be made out of recycled waste such as plastics, metals and other hybridized composites of various types of waste. •
Innovation will drive the construction industry once more. We envision the living units to be made out of re-melted recycled plastics, into various containers designed to house the living of the future. The units, made out of composite reinforced recycled plastics, will be molded into a semi-monocoque construction. Structural without the need for steel frames.
‘House of Plenty’ is a project done with @josephrgoodwin for the ‘Future Urban Home’ competition hosted by @dezeen x @mini.living, envisioning the future of the home 100 years ahead, anticipating issues faced by society and imagining what could be.
