My first dive into Moroccan food has me all kinds of excited! I picked up tagine and I’m finally getting to try it out this weekend.
For my first experiment I’m doing lamb shank rubbed with fresh parsley, oregano, garlic, ginger, and turmeric. Slow cooked together with dates and red onions for a few hours.
I hope it tastes as good as it smells!
HAPPY SUNDAY! We spent last night dancing and celebrating and boy do my legs feel it this morning 😅 After a night of drinking and (a lot of) foods I’m not used to eating on the reg, my stomach is definitely feeling off. BUT ☝🏻it was worth the beers and tequila and pizza and cake 💯 times over. This morning I had some oatmeal and fruit at the hotel for breakfast, so I’m throwing it back to one of my fave toast combos! Yogurt on toast (game changer!) with fresh mango and chocolate chia seeds 👏🏻 Now we are headed back home and to get LOLA!!! Yes, I’m that crazy dog mom 🤷🏻♀️😬 I hope you all have a relaxing Sunday! 😘
