One of the biggest lessons I have ever learnt is that trying to love others from a place of needing to feel loved myself, is very draining. The thing about love is that it starts from within, just like charity starts first from home.
All too often, our external projections are a cry from within. We look after others because we are pining for someone to look after us. We bend over backwards for others because we are yearning for someone to make us feel as important. We outpour love to others because we are desperate to feel loved ourselves.
When we are starved of our own love, loving others is like an uphill struggle, it drains us at every step because we are running on depleted reserves.
When we love ourselves our tank is full and our energy flows effortlessly in loving others and that too with great joy in every step.
Today, we invite you to do one thing for yourself that makes you feel loved. Think of yourself first once today and enjoy whatever you do for yourself. Even if it is to buy yourself a cup of coffee or treat yourself to a break away from your desk at lunchtime. You will see how it transforms the way you see and interact with others.
Wishing you a Thursday flowing with love ….

First time I bought this perfume 30 ml to try it, and you know what!? People asked me in shops, metro and one bartender from club “What is the name of your perfume?”. And I decided to buy one more bottle 100 ml. I fall in love with MJ. I think I will never be tired of this decadence 💚 #warsaw#poland#perfume#marcjacobs#decadence#love#perfumes
The Title Insurance Building, located on Spring and 4th st. Downtown Los Angeles. “In June of 1926, Title Insurance and Trust Company president William H. Allen, Jr., commissioned architect father-and-son duo Parkinson & Parkinson to build an 11-story headquarters to house his team of 750 employees. Two years and 2,500 tons of steel later, the company migrated down the street from the Rowan Building into their new Art Deco domain, the Title Insurance Building”. - hunterkkerhart.com article
