And so our roadtrip to Reno begins 🚗☀️
We passed through Death Valley today which isn’t all that hot this time of the year. Yet there is something beautiful, mythical and at the same time threatening about this amazing piece of nature that just gets me and makes me want to keep coming back.
We got a couple more hours to go until we reach Reno and get to sleep. Check my story highlighys for more impressions from our roadtrip!

Sharing the last few of our pics from Death Valley National Park. We were amazed by stunning colors in such a dry, arid place. Not only does the park contain natural springs that allow palm trees and other vegetation to grow; the rock formations are quite incredible. The last pic was taken at Sunset Campground, our home for a few days, which also had a pretty stunning backdrop.

Zabriskie Point: Surrounded by a maze of wildly eroded and vibrantly colored badlands, this spectacular view is one of the park’s most famous. Zabriskie Point is a popular sunrise and sunset viewing location. The viewpoint is a short walk uphill from the parking area. Located east of Furnace Creek on Hwy 190.
