Where do you go to for sports related fixes? I go to my good friend and Osteopath @dawnlimbert !! Tomorrow is Olympic Triathlon race day with @iamsammah and throughout my training and work it’s put a lot of pressure on my lower spine so, getting Dawn to figure out what’s going on I feel more prepared and at ease! I’ve been seeing Dawn for about 10 years and throughout that time she has helped me through a serious neck injury where I was in a neck brace for 3 months, 1 torn hamstring and 1 pulled hamstring, injured wrist, back injuries which occurred in gymnastics training, auditions, dance rehearsals, during artist Tours. I’ve seen over 20 different physios and Osteopaths combined in the past 10 years, mostly due to convenience or what was on offer at the dance job and hands down she ranks at number 1 for me, she is always speedy with her responses and does whatever she can to help you recover as fast as possible. She has been qualified as an Osteopath for 16 years and has a BSc in Osteooathy and MSc in Osteopathic Sports Care. In addition has been running competitively all her life and started competing in triathlons 7 years ago, only to now become a level 2 triathlon coach, which has been a huge help for me. But wait she is also a pastel artist and has exhibited in London and Essex, how’s that for driven! Just want to say a massive thank you Dawn for being such a great support all these years! If you are looking for someone I highly recommend her! Tag someone you know that is looking for a good recommendation below #osteopath#triathlon#training#coach#dawn#selfcare#instadaily#fitfam#fitness#exercise#workout#physicaltherapy
