👉🏼Cable pullovers (lats)
👉🏼Behind the neck wide-grip pulldowns (rear delts)
👉🏼External rotations (rear delts)
👉🏼Rear delt raises with partials
👉🏼Wide stance Y raises
My workouts are not random. I pick certain ones to help shape my body according to my current shape. I'm focusing on workouts that'll help give the illusion of a small waist while looking balanced and continuing to shape the glutes while shrinking the quads and hamstrings.
I've never gone through a breaking point with school until this semester. Throughout the chaos of finals, I realized I wasn't taking care of ME. I wasn't working out daily so my mental health was like 💩 hitting the fan. I thought I just didn't have enough time to workout, since I barely had enough time to study. I was mess until I just took a moment to realize how everything was affecting me poorly and took that step back into the gym. (@crunch.tampapalms)
When I tell people that exercising isn't only good for your BODY... it's good for your MIND... I truly mean it! I've never owned that truth more until now.
