We all know that one time of the month where we are fatigued, grumpy, and let’s be honest JUST PLAIN BLAH. The last place I wanted to be was at the gym this morning. But sometimes you just got to SHOW UP, WORK THROUGH IT AND GET. ISH. DONE. Today wasn’t the best workout but you know what, THATS OK. I’m not trying to be perfect, just the best version of myself 👊🏽
Here’s a little HIIT coming at ya. Repeat each round for 3 sets. 45 seconds on 15 seconds off. 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
1️⃣Plated tuck jumps. Love love love how easy these are but also how they sneak up on ya. Make sure to drive those knees up and not let your pelvis drop on those planks.
2️⃣Kettle bell swings. Squeeze those glutes at the top and try to keep that core engaged.
3️⃣Box jumps followed by tricep pushups into shuffle. These don’t look bad but my triceps were 🔥🔥🔥🔥
• 🔻ABAROSKIS- 3 sets of 10🔻
4️⃣Plated ab extension to boat. You guys these were so hard 😵 I could only do a few but man they target those lower abs.
5️⃣Skull crusher with leg lowers. Oh my gosh these are my absolute faves. Make sure to not lock ya arms and lower SLOWLLYYY

Cardio day!!! 🏃♀️
1️⃣ 20 minutes on the treadmill
2️⃣ Box jumps: 12-15 reps 3 sets; 60 seconds mountain climbers between sets
3️⃣ Jump rope: 50 reps 3 sets; Push ups 10 reps 3 sets
4️⃣ Then end with ab workout and stretch!

Stop comparing 🙅🏻♀️ it will destroyyyy you. You see people everywhere posting “If you want to look like this, do xyz.” Wrong! You will definitely make your own progress, but you will never look the same as someone else—simply because you are not built the same, nor do you have the same muscle type, metabolism, bone structure, etc. So don’t set expectations based off of someone else’s progress
