Ingredients❤️whole wheat 250g, olive oil 1 table spoon, Okinawa or brown sugar 1 table spoon, water 100ml, coconuts milk 90ml(you can use milk or fresh milk if you wanna use normal milk.) yeast 4g, vitamin C powder 3g, rosemary(if you don’t have it’s okay) 👌 I didn’t add any salt this time.

Vitamin C strength the gluten in flower, which can give a better rise, and help dough to rise more quickly. You don’t need it if you are making white bread with butter, but if you make whole wheat or vegan bread 🌱 it doesn’t rise as well as you expected, you could try one tea spoon of vitamin C powder next time or you can also use small amount of natural raw Miso instead of salt. Miso is natural yeast actually. This information can be particularly useful in bread machines and you can make perfect and yummy 😋 breads! And please make sure to use fresh yeast and not old one which expired or not fresh one. You can add honey 🍯 or maple syrup if you love sweeter breads. The first step to eat healthy is cooking by yourself because you know all what is inside in your food and you can use only finest ingredients for your family 🥗🍝🥫🥧🍙🥟
今日はパン焼き器で全粒粉100パーセントのパンを焼いたよ( ＾∀＾)全粒粉でもふっくら膨らますコツは、小さじ一杯弱のビタミンC パウダーを入れることです。ビタミンCを加えることにより生地は酸性の状態となるので、イーストがより多くの炭酸ガスを発生させ、グルテンの形成が少ない全粒粉の生地でもふっくらと焼けます( ＾∀＾)今、話題の生食パンも家で作りたい方は、生クリームとバターと少しのビタミンCパウダーがあれば、ふわふわもっちりのが焼けるので試してみてください。レシピは検索すればたくさん出てきますが、ポイントはビタミンCを少し入れることです。焼いた後の酸化防止剤にもなるし、一石二鳥(^-^)全粒粉のパンは少し蒸して温めるとふっくらするし、バルサミコ酢とオリーブオイルと塩と黒胡椒を合わせたもので、イタリアン風に食べると最高。地中海料理のハムスやガーリックバターにも合いますよ。今回は阪急で買う全粒粉パン並みに上手くできました！

Tofu Wontons with Yellow Curry Broth 🍲😍
Yellow Curry Broth
1 tablespoon vegetable or olive oil
1 tablespoon minced ginger (about a 1-inch piece of ginger)
4 garlic cloves, minced
2 teaspoons yellow curry powder (mild spice)
6 cups vegetable broth*
1/2 teaspoon salt, add more if necessary
3/4 cup (175ml) full-fat coconut milk (can sub with low-fat coconut milk)
about 45 to 50 square dumpling wrappers
1 package of firm tofu (I used a 14-ounce package)
1 1/2 tablespoons vegetable or olive oil
2 tablespoons minced ginger
1 tablespoon minced garlic
3 cups shredded green cabbage (ensure they are no longer than 1-inch pieces)
1 large carrot, grated (about 1 1/4 cups)
pinch of salt
4 scallions, sliced
black sesame seeds
Prepare the Broth: I like preparing the curry broth before making the dumplings because this allows more time for the flavors of the broth to develop.
Heat the 1 tablespoon of oil in a pot. Add the minced ginger and garlic and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Add the curry powder and stir to coat the spices.
Add the vegetable broth and 1/2 teaspoon salt, cover the pot, and bring the broth to boil. Reduce the heat to a simmer and swirl in the coconut milk. Let the broth simmer for about 10 minutes, covered. Turn off the heat and let the broth sit on the stove, covered, as you make the dumplings.
Make the Dumplings
Drain the tofu and wrap the tofu around a layer of paper towels. Press the tofu by placing the tofu block on a plate and weighing it down with a stack of plates. Let it sit for 15 to 20 minutes. Remove the towels and cut the tofu into small 1/4-inch cubes.
Heat 1 1/2 tablespoons of oil in a large pan. Add the minced ginger and garlic and cook for 1 minute. Add the cabbage, carrots, and a pinch of salt to the pan and cook for 3 to 4 minutes. Transfer the tofu and scallions to the pan and add another pinch of salt. Cook for another 2 to 3 minutes. Taste the filling. You want the the filling to be a smidgen saltier than you would normally prefer. The wonton wrappers will mellow out the saltiness of the filling.

Creamy roasted red pepper & garlic sauce! 😍🌱👌
1 red bell pepper • 1/2 cup cashews ground into fine powder • 1/2 cup vegan cream cheese (in a pinch you can substitute cashew cream [1.5cups raw cashews soaked overnight then blended with 3/4 cup water], or unsweetened plant milk for a thinner sauce) • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil • 3-4 garlic cloves • 1 tbsp tomato paste (optional) • Salt & pepper to taste.
Method: (1) Roast the garlic. The fastest way is to place the cloves on a piece of aluminum foil with a dash of oil, then close the foil to create a pouch and roast at 350°F for 30 minutes. (2) Roast the red pepper. You can do this directly on the oven rack at 450°F for 30 minutes, or if you have a gas stove, roast the pepper over the flame until all sides are blackened. Allow the pepper to cool, then remove most of the charred bits, stem, core and seeds. (3) Add the red pepper, garlic, cream cheese, cashew powder, oil, tomato paste (if using), salt and pepper to a blender and blend until very smooth. (4) Heat the sauce in the microwave or stove top before using.
