Radishes are literally life changing! 😍🙌🏼 Boil red radishes until soft. Sauté diced radishes with bacon and diced bell peppers. Season to taste with garlic, onion, cayenne, coriander, salt and pepper. Throw on some cheddar cheese- let it melt. And then top with a fried egg, avocado, salsa, sour cream and cilantro! Easy, breezy pork carnitas! 😋🐷🥑🌮 #brittsbestplate#cookingwithlove RECIPE: 2 pork tenderloins- dried and heavily seasoned with garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, cayenne, coriander powder, black pepper and a bit of salt (you can always add more later). Turn crockpot on high and add 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Throw in the pork and cover with one can of roasted diced tomatoes with green chilies, 1 jar of green tomatillo salsa and 1/2 cup of water. Let simmer for 4-6 hours. Shred, taste, add more seasoning to taste, stir and then enjoy! Soooo easy & soooo tasty!
Easy "homemade" gnocchi courtesy of @pattih7 - brown 1 package diced pancetta, add raw shaved garlic once almost completely cooked. Let cook on low for just a few minutes, careful not to burn the garlic. Add 1 can Trader Joe's marinara sauce and a splash of red wine. Let simmer. In separate pot boil gnocchi for a few minutes and then strain. Let dry on paper bag for a few minutes. Throw in a pan with olive oil and a tablespoon of butter. Brown gnocchi- roughly 2 minutes on each side. Remove excess oil from pan. Add the sauce and toss together. Top with red pepper flakes and Parmesan cheese before serving.
