So today is all about this bad boy. Had a breakfast out this morning and whilst I’m still going to count my syns into my allowance, I won’t be posting to my page as it definitely wasn’t inspiring 😂. However it’s kept me full even until now and I know if I get peckish before my family meal tonight (oh how I’ve missed my mum’s cooking) I will snack on speed food. I’m making a conscious effort to get more water into me today and every day from now on. Yeah the constant dash to the toilet is annoying but the wonders it will do for my weight loss will be incredible
We fancied a cooked breakfast this morning, so this is what we had: 🍅baked beans
Some of Susie's toast, I cut up into tiny squares and mixed with her beans. The rest of it was cut into fingers for dipping. I cut her sausages lengthways today and she showed more interest - even if it was only to dip them in her ketchup 🤦♀️.
Fluffy egg whites for breakfast sprinkled with chilli flakes and @tabasco_uk sauce 🌶 Tomatoes fresh off the vine in the garden cooked in a little olive oil, oregano, and s & p.
