But yea, if you’re reading this and are having a bad body image day or days 😕 ... something that has honestly helped me is realizing that well... as morbid, we’re all going to grow old and wrinkly with decomposing organs and personally, when I’m 80 and my undies are shat in because I couldn’t control excreting my wastes - I don’t think how proportionate my waist is to my upper body (although! TRAINING your UPPER body CAN give the illusion of a smaller waist) will matter all that much you know what I mean? 🥚
The other recommendation could be that well, if you truly don’t like something, you can work to change it! However, simply put, I think your appeal to your body shouldn’t dictate how you like yourself wholly as an individual either! And changing your body can be a fun process, and perhaps, even a process where you like yourself throughout!
OR you could join a quantitative based sport to not have a sheer focus on your body (and gratification can derive from objectifiable progress rather than something that can become very subjective)🔥🥺🔥
((... alongside with many urges to internally scream when progress is not linear and you feel you are NOT good enough FOCUSING ON WHERE YOU SHOULD BE RATHER THAN WHERE YOU ARE AND TECHNQIUE WORK SUCKS!!!!!!! ... but that’s another story sigh..I’m sorry)), 🔥🥺🔥
but again ... there are options and ways to make it work 😁🌵
