I was inspired by @thecocktail.blog’s recent post of a Window Seat variation to add a splash of @thebittertruthcompany violet liqueur to my gin and tonic. I used @hanaginusa, a lovely floral gin named for the Japanese word for flower 🌸 @qdrinks tonic water, and garnished with these three lovely little violets I found out back.
Sugar Plum Margarita 💕
45mls Reposado Tequila
45mls freshly squeezed lime juice
15mls homemade sugar plum Syrup
@saltypaloma dynamite Rim
Garnish with sugar Plum slices.
Result: Tart with a touch of sweetness

2 oz @unclevals Restorative gin
1 oz lemon juice
1 oz Lillet Rosé
1/2 oz saffron & rosewater syrup (link in profile)
Muddle the strawberries in a shaker with lemon juice. Add remaining ingredients and ice and shake until chilled. Fine strain into a chilled glass and garnish with a garden rose.
