God created something special when he created a family 👨👩👧👦yet and still there will always be magic in the name of “mama”. I mean don’t get me wrong, Father’s are magical in their own special way... yet and still, I think we’d all agree, that there’s just something magical about mama. That ☝🏽 recipe that NO ONE can quite get right (yeah, it might have been good...but it wasn’t mama’s 😩🤷🏽♀️), when you get to school and open your lunch and notice a little note 📝 on your napkin reminding you how great you are and it makes your day better...🗣mama❤️ (I even do this for my husband at times 😌). When you have a test you’re nervous about and mama takes the time to quiz you on the way to school. When someone’s messing with you at school and mama teaches you how to turn the other cheek 🙏🏽(and roast 🗣them at the same time, cause no body better not mess with my babies 🤬😼...Mama🤣!! When it’s time for those braids to come down and that last day Mama slicks them edges and pulls off one more dope hairstyle... 🗣Mama!! When you had a hard day and need somebody to lay it on (both father’s and the kids know who to go to...🗣Mama 🤷🏽♀️)... No matter how you say it, it’s something so tragic about When God takes Mama Bear ... she holds the womb that connects Heaven with Earth and through that womb not only did she carry you into this world but her Wisdom to understand both spiritual 🌬and earthly 🌎things is probably one of the greatest reasons she is irreplaceable. The death of #KimPorter definitely touched my heart in many places as she was more than Diddy’s baby mama but a mother of 4. No amount of money can comfort the passing of Mama Bear and I pray that the Lord surrounds her children and family at this time and all the days going forward. Whenever, I’m feeling hustled out or like I need to hustle smarter, I go over to @diddy page for motivation, and it never fails that something is there to keep me going. I pray that we can come together with enough positive words to lift him and his family during their time of need, the same way he has motivated us for years through his Can’t stop, Won’t stop mentality 🙏🏽
Vitamins and minerals, also known as micronutrients, are compounds that supply us with essential nutrients for different processes in the body 🧘♀️🤸♂️⛹️♀️🙇♂️ and the best way to get in these nutrients from plants is to eat fruits, vegetables and legumes in as many colours and shades of the rainbow as you can 🌈🌱

This combo is just so delicious and perfect! I’ve been also obsessed with adding cashews to salads lately. The cashews add such a beautiful crunch and nutty flavor to the dish... MEDITERRANEAN SALAD BOWL
✖️1/2 cup couscous
✖️1/2 cup cashews
✖️1 tbs olive oil
✖️1/2 tsp oregano
✖️1/4 tsp @suncorefoods rose salt
1. In boiled water (w/ a little olive oil and salt), Boil your couscous for 5 minutes
2. Prepare your veggies and dressing
3. Mix your boiled couscous, veggies, garbanzo beans, cashews, and dressing all in one bowl, until well combined
