Let me introduce you to our ‘KIMICHURRI TACKERS’. Hand sliced Tempeh crisps topped with our kinky kimchi purée and kimchi chunks, a drizzle of chimichurri and a dash of fresh coriander 🔥🔥.

The last day of the work week is perfect for that favourite, simple, go-to dish. This is a tried and tested combination, one we make probably twice a month; the desert island meal. I could eat this every day, all day, I just never get tired of the flavours.
Roaring-hot cast-iron pan-seared striploin; oven-roast potatoes; simple arugula salad; chimichurri (if you haven’t had chimichurri with steak you haven’t lived your best life yet - the combination of cilantro, parsley, garlic, Thai chilli, lime juice, olive oil and salt is unbelievably delicious with beef).

Things to always have on hand; chimichurri. Perfect for meats and fish. I tried a new recipe, I added avocado, sooo good. •
What you’ll need:
1 bunch of fresh Flat leaf parsley
1 bunch of fresh cilantro
1 TBSP dried oregano
1 lemon squeezed for juice
1 TBSP vinegar (apple cider vinegar is fine)
1/2 cup avocado oil
1 tps red pepper flakes
2 garlic cloves
Salt and pepper to taste •
In a food processor, blend all ingredients minus half avocado. Move to bowl, and add diced avocado to mix. Taste and adjust seasoning to taste.

- Cook anything in ghee for a yummy rich, nutty 🥜 flavor
- Add sriracha 🌶 to the ketchup to give it a kick
- Fold lemon 🍋 and garlic into the mayo for a nice aioli
- Put chimichurri on literally anything 🥦🥬🥔🍠🍳🥩🍤

CHIMICHURRI - an easy sauce for steak, chicken and fish. A perfect blend of tangy herbaceousness and just so pretty.
1 bunch of italian parsley
1 bunch of cilantro
4 cloves garlic , finely chopped or minced
1 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1 level teaspoon coarse salt
pepper, to taste (about 1/2 teaspoon)
1/2 - 3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
Roughly chop first 3 ingredients. Place all ingredients EXCEPT the olive oil in a food processor and process until smooth. Add olive oil until desired thickness is achieved.
