Me when I first started working out four years ago. I was 115 pounds and was figuring out what to do with my post-college-no-studying-no-homework life. I had no idea what I was doing. I didn’t even know how to flex! 😳
Exercise has been a transformative gift. The stronger my body gets, the stronger my soul gets 🌟 I’ve also gained a bunch of weight, about 20 pounds. I assume all muscle (i hope! 🤣)! I’m so used to be underweight that this weight gain sometimes makes me uncomfortable. But then I look at all my muscles today and I’m like heelllllll yeaaahhhh 🙌

#2) THE ULTIMATE BARBECUE CHICKEN !
1/2 cup PC Molasses, brown sugar and Bourbon Barbecue Sauce
2 quarts water
2 tablespoons PC Kosher salt
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 garlic cloves, smashed
4 sprigs fresh Thyme
6 chicken legs still connected with skin on
Mix all brine ingredients in a large re-sealable plastic bag, add chicken close bag and refrigerate for at 2 hours or overnight.
When ready, preheat grill to medium heat. Wipe grill with an oiled paper towel to make grill a non-stick surface.
Take the chicken out of brine(marinade), pat it dry on paper towels. Arrange the chicken pieces on the preheated grill and cook, turn once mid-way and cook for a total 10 minutes. Transfer the grill marked chicken to cookie sheet and place in preheated oven at 375 F. Cook for 15 minutes, remove it from oven and brush liberally with PC bbq sauce coating each leg and return to oven for 25 to 30 minutes, basting the chicken half way through again. Serve with sauce, some steamed corn on the cob 🌽 and Knorr Sidekicks side dish! Enjoy!

I get it... leg day sucks... well I love it... but seriously so many ‘personal trainers’ or ‘fitness motivators’ on here have nothing but upper body pics and ya never see their legs.. all upper body training vids and no leg training vids... yeah you may have injuries or something... but unless your paralysed... you can still do something with your legs.. instead of showing your arms every shot or your chest try showing people your weaknesses and show that you’re actually willing to do what you claim and ‘do whatever it takes’ you might want to look like a doritto on match sticks... but it’s not motivating in the slightest... no matter the caption you have or the story you try and push across.. you still can’t avoid the fact you skip leg day and the only reason your upper body is so big is because you have an extra day or 2 to spend on it because you neglect your legs 👊🏻
I hate my chest and my legs 😂😂 but be fucked if I’m not gonna train them.. it near kills me every time I do it because of all my arthritis, bulged and prolapsed discs... but I still do it and I’ll still post them. Because I try to post everything regardless of whether it’s ‘big’ small like my chest and legs or just average. So PLEASE.... stop with the arm and chest shots and let us see your legs no matter how small they are or whatever. Start actually being the ‘motivator’ or ‘beast’ you try to portray....

1. BB Hip Thrusts: 1 x 20 ; 2 x 10 ; 3 x 5 ; 1 x 25
2. DB Bulgarian Split Squat: 1 x 15 (Drop 5 pounds) 1 x 15 then do 1 x 15 at body weight (Repeat 3 times on each leg)
3. Close Stance BB Squats: 3 x 15
4. Leg Press: 4 x 25
5. Stiff Leg Deads: 3 x 12 Supersetted w/ Medicine Ball Leg Curls: 3 x 12-15
6. Laying Hamstring Curl: 3 x 15 Supersetted w/ Hip Adduction 3 x 20
7. DB Walking Lunges: 3 x 8/each leg
8. Seated Chicken .. I mean... Calve Raises: 4 x 12-15 (Squeeze and pray they grow)
