I used to hate scrambled eggs, but i started making them with peppers or other veggies, and they’re so much better.
I used a tiny bit of almond milk in my eggs this morning, and it gave it such a nice texture and flavor. Also, if you make scrambled eggs with coconut oil, they’re lighter and less greasy.
Just some tips for you this morn.

Enjoying a few days off and allowing myself to indulged in no macro tracking. I’ve had pizza, donuts, sushi, Magnum ice cream, tropical smoothie cafe, and the new Reese’s peanut butter candy bar! When you have an AMAZING coach @_joafitness like mine, they let you rest up and fuel up post show victory 🥞🍔🍟🌯🌮🥙👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽Only up one pound from stage weight. Today is the last day of free macros and no working out. Not gonna lie, it’s been mentally taxing taking a break from working out and eating insanely clean. Quando ciò accade, infatti, il cibo viene utilizzato come strumento di compensazione. Un tipo di approccio disfunzionale al cibo, come quello appena descritto, può essere la causa per cui, ad esempio, non riusciamo a mantenere il peso raggiunto una volta raggiunto, o, al contrario, in ben altre situazioni, non guadagniamo abbastanza peso quando ne avremmo bisogno. L'uso del cibo come compensazione può avere le cause più svariate: spesso, per non dire quasi sempre, la storia della persona e il vissuto rispetto a certe situazioni di vita ci forniscono importanti informazioni sul rapporto col cibo e sul perché questo funga da compensazione. Ricordiamo che non è un episodio singolo di risposta allo stress e alla frustrazione con delle delizie in più che è in grado di produrre questo rapporto disfunzionale, ma la sistematica e continua risposta alle frustrazioni affidandosi al "potere" consolatorio del cibo.

It’s that time again! Clear Out the Fridge Challenge Time! It turned out pretty bloody tasty! Smoked sausage with kale, broccoli and spaghetti. I had some of my mum’s garlic which I sliced thinly and chucked in. I also had some beef broth in the freezer which I used to cooked the pasta in before adding it all to the sautéed veggies. Served with a fine heating of cheese made for a very satisfying lunch! 🤤 Now our fridge and freezer are pretty much clear and ready to be filled again with gorgeous, yummy things! 🤩

These Côte d’Or chocolate bars are from Belgium 🇧🇪 and can also be found in France 🇫🇷. Only the assortment of Côte d’Or is much bigger in their country 🙌🏼
• 🥥 Coconut - this bar reminded me of a regular Bounty bar except the chocolate is of a much higher quality and the coconut isn’t overly sweet! 🍫🍫🍫🍫 (4/5)
• 🍓🍒 Red fruits - the fruity flavour packs a punch. It’s a concentrated puree of different berries & strawberries. I’ve never had a bar with such an amazing fruity flavour like this one 🍫🍫🍫🍫🍭 (4.5/5)
• Nougat - the nougat filling is extremely soft and not chewy at all. It went very well with the dark chocolate 🍫🍫🍫 (3/5)
• Marzipan - I’m a big fan of marzipan and this bar was filled to the brim with high quality marzipan. It was nicely sweetened while not overly sweet 🍫🍫🍫🍫🍭 (4.5/5)

🍪Protein Oreo Cheesecake Bites🍪
Thought I’d change up my pumpkin ideas and try something a little different. Some macro friendly Protein Oreo Cheesecake Bites for only 75 cals each!😍
With such simple and easy ingredients you’ll be making these all the time. Good luck on trying not to eat them all in one sitting🤷🏼♀️
🔸75g Plain Non Fat Greek Yogurt
🔸15g Liquid Egg Whites
🔸125g Fat Free Cream Cheese
🔸4 Sweetener Packets
🔸Splash of Vanilla Extract
🔸15g Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
🔸6 Oreo Thins (I used Salted Caramel Flavor, would of used pumpkin if it came in thin🤷🏼♀️lol..You could also use regular Oreos but macros will be higher)
🔹Preheat your oven to 350F and line a baking/silicone muffin pan
🔹Using a small hand mixer or blender, mix all your ingredients together except for your cookies. Mix until smooth texture
🔹Take your Oreos and place one in the bottom of the 6 muffin molds and then equally divide your batter on top
🔹Sprinkle on some extra cookie bits for extra yumminess
🔹Bake for 15 min or so, allow to cool on counter for a few mins and then place in the freezer for about an hour to set
