⛳️”If you don’t get caught bluffing, you almost certainly don’t bluff enough.”
And if you don’t bluff enough, people will not likely to pay you off when you make big hands. In this session, it took me 2 failed bluffs to get paid in a massive pot, all of them were against the same Villain:
🖐 $5/5NL $2k effective @hustlercasino - Villain ($2k) limps UTG, MP ($1k) & CO limp, Hero (cover) limps OTB K♠️9♠️. SB & BB check their options.
Flop ($30, 6-way) Q♠️J♠️5♥️- Villain bet $25, MP calls, Hero raises to $125. Villain 3bet $350, MP folds, Hero makes an easy call in position.
Turn ($755, HU) 8♠️- Villain checks, Hero bet $575, Villain calls.
River ($1,905, HU) 4♥️- Villain checks, Hero goes all in $1,150 effectively. Villain tank calls with A♠️A♣️. This is an example of how NOT to play Aces (or big pairs) multiway in deep cash game. People tend to over play it post flop once they slow played the hand preflop = mistake is compound by mistake. Villain in this hand would still lost the pot, but not the whole stack, had he just open raised. Can you find another mistake that he did postflop?
