To make these sugar-free Keto chocolates, you only need a few simple ingredients. I posted a homemade keto chocolate recipe a while back using just three ingredients, so I took that and I made some changes. These silky chocolates have a nice crunch incorporated into them thanks to the cacao nibs and coffee. They are so delicious. 1 cup Unsweetened cocoa powder, 2/3 cup swerve confectioners, 1 cup melted ghee & coconut oil blend (or you can just use coconut oil), 1/4 cups raw cacao nibs, 1/2 tsp k-cup Coffee grounds, and 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream. I poured this mixture into mini muffin tins, and silicone bear molds then popped them in the freezer for a few minutes🍫😋
