May 19, 2018: It was a long journey across the Atlantic with many failed attempts at sleeping on the plane sitting beside a crying toddler (pro tip I unfortunately didn’t think of: ear plugs!). The Airbnb was the cutest ever! The need for sleep was real, but the urge to start exploring Paris was strong!! A well-needed quick power nap and then exploring began...
It was a year ago today the @cindra.lee and I got it first chance to see Notre Dame Cathedral. We were on a Paris tour with Viking and when we first got to the cathedral there was a special mass for veterans inside. A few of the Viking tour groups left but we stuck around. It didn't take too long to actually get in the cathedral. Here are a few of my images from day. We were also lucky enough to tour it the following week again. Only wish I had gone up to the higher level. Glad we had the opportunity after the tragic events of last month. #canadianinparis#homenow#vacation#rivercruise#canadianineurope#history#notredame#myvikingjourney

Morning coffee on an empty bus, with some good tunes and beautiful views. Don’t know why, but literally one of the best ways to relax and unwind. 🚌🎶☕️
I cannot believe that it has been a quarter of a century around the sun already. Time truly does fly when you are having fun. I can already tell that this year is gonna be a beautiful, magical and amazing year to remember. I have discovered a lot about myself and the world not only over the past 25 years, but especially over this last year of living in a different country, alone, and getting to learn from the world and all of its different cultures. I am so excited to see what chapter 25 has to bring to the table, as I am always going with the flow and seeing where the currant may take me. I am beyond grateful for all the love and support from my family and friends and I thank everyone of you for making me the person I have become today. You guys rule and I love you all. Thank you for all the Birthday wishes and I hope to see many if not all or you very soon.

Evening walks through the park, beautiful sunsets, and just being outside always helps me relax after a long day. 😌🌅🌿
👋🏻 Everyone! Kicking off the page with a Taiwanese bao - 刈包 (Gua Bao)! It’s a pillowy steamed bun stuffed with a variety of tasty fillings. Here is ‘The Classic’ Braised Tender Pork Belly from The Bao House.
I started this page because I love taking photos of my food and I love the excitement of trying new places! Sometimes it can turn out to be the best meal ever, other times it can end in a bit of a ‘hmmm this is interesting’ moment. I also love traveling and experiencing different cultures + their authentic cuisine.
I will be sharing all the yummy things en route to my tummy here 🍽😋
Eating delicious food makes me really happy! I’m a Taiwanese/Canadian girl who’s currently living in Dublin. Bao is an asian bun so I am The Happy Bao 🤗
