Pretty much every gal I’ve come across tells me they want to tone up. Most just don’t know how to get there!
It’s so important to be loading your movements with heavy weight and programming properly. The treadmill is not your only option at the gym. .
My journey started with a personal trainer 4 years ago and the knowledge I gained from that program has been with me ever since. I hope to inspire others to get out of their heads and do the same. Stop talking yourself out of it!!!🏋️♀️🤗❤️

Looking back always seems to give you a different perspective than when you’re in the moment. -That thing that went wrong that was completely out of your control that seemed like the end of the world ended up being the best thing that could have happened to you. -That shortcut you took ended up coasting you more time and money
-Your dreams and ambitions that were seems huge back, but once you smash them end up giving you the confidence to move mountains. 🗝
Think back to any notable event good or bad and compare it to how you actually felt when it was happening. It’s incredibly important to be self aware and be able to put the ego aside enough to get proper perspective. This doesn’t mean blaming others for why things went wrong, or praising yourself for how things went right. Instead, take ownership of why things went wrong and plan on how to tackle a similar situation next time you cross it’s path. Something great happen? Give praise to the people and team that helped you get it done. “Do nothing out of vain conceit or selfish ambition, rather, in humility value others above yourself”. This will allow you to truly live in the present knowing you have a toolkit that is ever expanding and a culture of abundance and love around you to support you through the storms. .
Something I wanted to note. You may be asking yourself why we post these messages. We’re a Real Estate firm not a life coach. To be honest we do it because we feel from a macro perspective that we all walk similar paths and have similar struggles. Our though is to share insights that have helped us in different ways, thus helping to better our community and possibly even give you a solution to a current issue you may be facing. Furthermore our team is build on the principal of never ending improvement. These thoughts and insights come from us as a collective.
