Our favorite dish is a little shrimp on the barbe!
Prep shrimp with olive oil and our Monterey seafood seasoning. Put on a skewer so it’s easy to flip. Cook on one side until it gets translucent then flip. Fresh catch coming up in a 4 minutes tops!
