Dreaming of adventures in the jungle again. I've been feeling the pull to return to the trees and the beauty of nature. For me, this is a natural state of being for me. Its where I feel most at home and most confident. its where I feel the most me.
How can you tell when something aligns with your state of flow and confidence?
1. Check in with your physical feelings. How does your body feel? Are you tense? Or are you relaxed? The body will send us signals when something isn't in alignment for us. And if it isn't in alignment then our body will react by entering "fight or flight" mode. If it is in alignment then we will feel calm and physically relaxed. Pay attention to what your body is saying.
2. Check in with your emotions. How do you feel? Are you anxious? Panicky? Angry? Or do you feel centered? Happy? Full of Love? When we are making decisions from a place of fear, it goes against out natural state of flow and we will feel emotional resistance. But when we make decisions from a place of Love we will feel open and emotionally free.
3. Check in with your intuition. Is your gut telling you this isn't right? Or do you feel like this is a beneficial decision for you? One of my favorite ways to get in touch with my intuition is to practice feeling into something that is a definite no and something that is a hell yes and pay attention to how they manifest for me emotionally and in my physical body.
