Recipe for the beet ketchup :
- 2 cooked beets
- lemon juice
- pink himalayan salt
Some minutes in a blender and it's done.

->How to make:
•soak 50g yield oat flakes with 75g oats for a few hours •then cook them with a bit sea salt and maybe more liquid for at least fifteen minutes and stir from time to time •if they are sticky & creamy enough, add cinnamon plus a bit cardamom and fill them into your bowl
•add christmassy toppings & enjoy!

She said “Merci” twice and started to smile!! I hadn’t made a salad for two days in a row 🙈and believe it or not but she asked for it yesterday. I promised I will make one today. So this morning after a long walk and a fun time at the playground, we stopped but the grocery store to buy some #avocado and mushrooms.
This salad combo has been our favorite for weeks now!! All I use is cooked quinoa, greens (I used spring mix today), red onions, nori, fried mushrooms (cooked with water, smoked paprika and salt) and avocado. For the salad dressings I use hummus for my bowl and guacamole (mashed avocado, onions and lemon juice) for Chelsea. So sooo good! Simple, easy and quick to make🥗
