Day 1 - second stop: #boroughmarket
Was on our way to st Paul's cathedral, but thought we would go when the weather gets sunnier for better photos. So instead, we went to borough market!
The hardest part was probably figuring what you want to eat since there are so many varieties available!! The first thing we went for was the #raclette , standing there watching the cheese melt felt like forever, but so worth it.
As we ventured deeper into the market, they were serving up the #bombapealla in a massive dish, they were also making mussels beside us, but we were too full to eat anymore haha
There were many other shops that were selling parma ham, veggies, dosa, risotto, but we just couldnt eat anymore lol
If you ever plan to go, do a quick round of what you might want first, otherwise you might be stuffed before you get to try the things you want. .

Bonito! Todo nos parece Bonito! Bonito is the name the Spanish gave to their most precious fish. This kind of tuna, also known as white tuna because of its lighter colour, has a smooth texture and an extremely rich taste. If it’s called Bonito del Norte, this means it is premium Spanish tuna, line-caught and hand-packed by local artisans, continuing a centuries-old tradition.
With almost 100 years’ experience, Conservas Ortiz is a favourite not only in Spain, because of its superior quality achieved thanks to their respect for tradition.
