A foot injury has me going back to CrossFitting in the wild until it gets better. It takes me back to when we were Uber CrossFit keeners. Would have had some awesome shots from back in the day if I had my current photography setup then. Arguably @metconphotos and I used to be the only strictly CrossFit photogs starting out. If you guys knew how out of whack my emotions have been this week you’d think I was psycho (this isn’t anything new, and to those of you who know this first hand you’re the real mvp)
Today I mentioned that “something just feels like it’s missing in my life” and I couldn’t name it. I didn’t even know what it might be honestly. I just didn’t feel complete.
I read an article (I’m into these okay), talking about how if we feel this way... to look deeper.
It usually has something to do with yourself.
Here’s a few of things to think about if you are feeling this way....
✨Acknowledge you’re aware of greater possibilities✨
It’s okay to want more from life, you can still be happy with where you are at and want more 🙏🏼 that’s okay!
✨ Find out what is true for you ✨
Make sure that you are doing whatever it is that makes you happy, and not what someone else wants you to do.
✨Don’t be afraid of change✨
This is self explanatory 😘
✨Surround yourself with people who like you for you✨
You should never feel pressured to change who you are, be with people who accept you and don’t ever make you think for one second you need to change ❤️
Hopefully these few reminders can help you shift your mindset a little bit, it helped me today 🙏🏼😇

When your so close you can almost taste it @thebodyweightwarrior, as promised I here I am with my progress. After 10 days of following the ankle mobility programme as you can see I can very nearly touch the wall. A few more days and I think I will be there.

🔻Arm Finisher w The TRX 🔻
Go to the TRX at the end of your arm workout. To make it easier you could take a staggered stance! .
1. Tricep extensions w bicep curls
⚡Go for 5 reps of each and cycle back and forth between them untill you do 5 sets of each. Try to go for no rest in-between⚡
Today's measurements. The loss at my waist has slowed down significantly, but my hips have begun shrinking at a faster rate. At least everything is moving in the right direction. 👍

Found this MLK Day crossfit workout and decided to do it a day early. Felt good until the front squats. Had crank up the music to get through it.

5. Courtsey side kick 45 seconds per leg
6. Single leg bridge woodchoppers 30 seconds per leg
