This bird was searching for food between rocks and seaweed in a bay at the Isle of Mull when I spotted him. A exceptional photograph of a dunlin has been a goal of me for a long time so I quickly took my camera, got myself in a lower position and started to photograph. The light was nice because the sun already began to disappear and the bird was very prying. He walked directly in front of me for half an hour and I was able to get the shot I wanted to.
This photograph was taken with a Canon Eos7d and a Tamron 150-600mm .
