It was so foggy on the way down from Atok going to La Trinidad. Benguet is getting too crowded. 😔😔😕
Lesser trees due to the mountains were being turned into a vegetable farms and a residential land. No wonder why there were big stones and mud along the roads on the way up and and down the mountains. Hope the locals will learn to plant tress as well.
Sometimes differences seperate us. Culture, Skin Color, Language, image, clothes, etc. especially money and religion. But one thing is for sure, we are all thesame human. let's give love and respect. 😊
The damages created by the people on the environment gradually increased as development progressed through the years. In the Philippines the aftermath of typhoon Yolanda in Tacloban, the closing of Boracay, the effects of typhoon Ompong in Itogon, and the landslide in Naga City, Cebu are the more recent examples. Such events intensify the need for the intertwining of environmental protection and policies. Such events emphasize the need for conversations under Environmental Politics.
With this at hand, POLIS-UPB brings the discourse to UP Baguio.
