Give love: If you’re feeling unloved, you can be inclined to withdraw into these feelings and hide away from the world. Instead, look for opportunities to give love to others. A hug to a friend, smile to a stranger, or a wave to a dog can boost your spirits as well as someone else’s (I swear that dog smiled). So try giving what you want to receive and experience how quickly you feel better when you focus on others rather than yourself.

I’ve been thinking, I’ve been thinking (Beyoncé style) about the statement, ‘give what you want to receive’. When we’re feeling in need of something like love, attention, money and food, we are often not giving them ourselves but withholding them instead. A Course in Miracles says, “Miracles are teaching devices for demonstrating it is as blessed to give as to receive. They simultaneously increase the strength of the giver and supply strength to the receiver.” Giving feels good. Tony Robbins says, “Living is giving”. Do you agree? And how can this be done?

I spent my day at the Division Cross Country races with the 9 and 10 year old runners. I remember hating long distance running when I was younger ... I wish present day me could go back in time and tell little me that I'll love it one day 😂
I was super proud of the kiddies I went with today, they really tried their best.
