Seeing the Belvedere Palace with portraits of Kaiserf Franz Joseph I and Empress Elisabeth inside next to the famous Napoleon at the St Bernhard Pass by Jaques Louis Davis is in and of itself a surreal experience. And the baroque style of St. Stephen’s Cathedral? It is unbelievable that humans can do this. Habsburg was so great!! #vienna#belvedere#habsburg

Finally the rain stopped in Montevideo. Nothing better to do then to take advantage of the relative good weather and run some kilometers in these outstanding surroundings of the Prado Park. It brings up great memories of my childhood years since I grew up and went to primary school very close by to this park in the nearby neighborhood of Belvederé. It is extremely peaceful out here and the sound of birds singing and calling is elating.
Great champagne in paradise. Does it get any better?🥂
Did you know....?
Ruinart's cellars, acquired in 1768, are amongst the largest in the region, and are Gallo-Roman in origin. Like most Champagne cellars, they are the product of ancient chalk mining, and extend 38 metres below the ground and are 8 km long. The chalk helps to keep the cellars at a constant 11 degrees Celsius. The chalk pits were classified as a historic monument in 1931. • @lilis_beach_972 • @fabuloud_972
