[[ accidentally deleted]] I don't believe that makeup and the right hairstyle can make a woman beautiful. To me, the true essence of beauty is a woman who is confident with her perfect imperfection. .
But with the right makeup, they can be pretty powerful 💪
I have had a few shitty days with my nutrition and overall mental mindset.
Why do I mention it? Because E V E R Y T H I N G
starts with your mindset! If your mindset is not right, you will struggle.
However, because of accountability and habit, I am showing up - every day.
And even when I am having a few bad days, doesn't mean that I should throw in the towel and just give up! No! You keep going.
The truth is, your progress will not disappear because of one bad day or week! There is no "end point" or "destination " - there are only goals and stations. So stop, readjust, and get back up! Bad days are just another stop on the journey.
I also find that when I am struggling with my mindset (aka overthinking and meditating on the wrong things!), it helps to do something creative, or encouraging another! ❤
So I decided to do a few clips to help you with some at home slider exercises that is AMAZING for core and glutes!
1️⃣ CORE - low plank side to side. Keep tummy pulled in, stabilise your shoulders and just tilt the hips from side to side. End with pike ups
2️⃣ Start with plank position, and just do normal mountain climbers, progress to cross overs.
3️⃣ GLUTES and OUTTER THIGH, INNER THIGH lift hips, extend one leg out whilst keeping one bent. Slide extended leg out, in and up again. Repeat . Squeeze hips/bum when you come back in.
4️⃣ Pelvic upward tilts for that bum! Keep legs at a slight 45° angle for a little more challenge, or at 90°. Just lift and squeeze!

Det andre som jeg snakket med en lege om, er hjernens enorme kapasitet. Du er kapabel til SÅ mye, mye mer enn du kanskje tror. Hva gjør dette med deg når du vet det? Jeg tror det er lurt å bevege seg litt utenfor komfortsonen, men så gå litt tilbake til tryggheten er ok. For midt oppi det hele må vi også ha litt ro 😊 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Jo fordi jeg har prioritert litt annerledes. Når man sier at man ikke har tid, så må du tenke på at tid er det eneste vi har 😊 Og det er vel heller snakk om hvordan du og jeg prioriterer tiden? Korang mesti rasa malas kan nak cuci muka lepas balik dari kerja, atau keluar dengan kawan atau duduk rumah lepas tu dah lewat malam terus tidur. Tak ingat dah nak cuci muka atau gosok gigi je kan. Haishh cannot do that.. Cara malas tu la akan menyebabkan masalah kulit seperti berminyak, kulit kering dan berjerawat.
Wajib basuh muka sebelum tidur.. Tak kisahla masa tu anda bermekap atau tidak bermekap, anda keluar rumah atau tak keluar rumah, cuci muka sebelum tidur amatla penting. Sebab ape? Sebab pada waktu malam la waktu sesuai untuk memproses kembali kulit kita. Pada waktu malam adalah waktu untuk kulit kita rehat.
1. Pori pori boleh bernafas dengan bebas.
2. Kulit nampak segar selepas bangun tidur.
3. Kulit terhindar daripada jerawat.
Wajah merupakan bentuk penampilan seseorang yang dilihat untuk kali pertama di depan orang lain. Maka dari itu, kebersihan wajah pun harus dijaga. Jadi rajinkan diri untuk mencuci muka sebelum tidur.

You know when you say or do something and you immediately regret it? When you wish you could snatch those words right back out of the air and erase them from existence? Then you realize the damage is done and you can’t change what just happened. That’s the worst and it happens to the best of us. But you can’t turn back the clock. You can’t rewrite what’s already happened. Regrets only keep the past alive instead of letting it stay behind us. Regrets serve no true purpose- instead of regretting something and dwelling on it, accept it and then work to make amends for whatever happened. Whether that’s apologizing, breaking a bad habit, or walking away from a situation, acting to right a regret is infinitely more productive than simply regretting something. We all have our regrets, let’s start getting rid of them one by one. We can’t change our past but we can change our future. Stay strong lovelies!! 😘💕
The one thing I was bullied for in middle school and high school was my huge butt!🍑 And I let opinions of others shape how I felt about myself. And I was 30 lbs smaller then!
I cringe posting this picture but as I focus on self love and accepting myself it seems fitting to post the things I have always hated about myself.
I spent a week with 200 amazing women who are all different but all so inspiring and beautiful inside and out. I think it's so important to teach and believe in ourselves just as much as we believe in our best friends. We are all different and that's what makes us amazing. We can't be someone else so be the best you! Take a selfie and be confident in your beyoutiful self!!!💕

In all honesty when I first saw this picture, I decided that I wasn’t going to post it. I felt like I didn’t look “good” enough. I felt like I looked out of shape and had a huge double chin.
Then, I looked again and realized, hey my legs look so strong and my hair looks so vibrant. I am running at 7k feet of altitude and having fun. Does it really doesn’t matter what I look like?
I was embarrassed for judging myself based on how a picture of me looked. This picture doesn’t show how strong I am. It doesn’t show how hard I work. I had forgotten to show myself the love I deserve and that was so unfair of me.
I love myself and my body, even if sometimes I forget for a split second.
Does this ever happen to you? How do you remind yourself to love and appreciate your body in all ways?
For some this comes with age, time on this earth, and experiences that bring clarity. For others, they just figure it out WAY sooner...and boy does it lighten the load when you jump off that acceptance train and love yourself for all the flaws and gifts that makes YOU who you are! I’ve watched my daughter go through variations of this and I know I’m guilty of it myself. What I’m confident of is when I’m brave enough to see the bigger picture and remove the nonsense of what others may think, the world around me opens up in ways I could not have imagined! .
This week, one of my friends shared this comment with me. “The Angels say that being grateful is the fastest way to raise your vibrational frequency. FYI, the fastest way to lower it is by being judgemental.” I have thought about this ALL week! Man oh man, if you find you are falling into the trap of wanting acceptance of others, what if you shifted your mindset and took pity on those around you who might be judging. Can you imagine how much that adds stress, drama and negative energy to their life? I can assure you it’s not adding any value to their everyday and likely causing an insane amount of nonsense to their life that offers zero benefits. .
Be confident in who you are, the choices you make, and just be okay if on occasions it doesn’t align with others. It’s ALL good...I can promise you, there will be new people that fall into your life that accept you just the way you are! #lifelessons#beconfident#leadership#girlpower
